The guy that had shot and killed him was also active to the faction the character was in, resulting in the immediate and automatic permanent kill. Though, based off of the clips provided this strongly seems like a case of possible RDM. And more importantly blatant metagaming in the clip.

Hello, while this was very unfortunate timing for you there is no proof of metagaming by the cops or any sort of impropriety done on the staff part. Cops regularly patrol the ghetto multiple times a day, them stumbling across the body like that is just coincidence and bad timing for you. Additionally, while the officers may have fired first in this situation it was deemed that you consciously started the violent encounter by raising and aiming your weapon at the officers clearly with intent to begin shooting them. They just reacted before you had the chance to shoot.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If i was rdmed while off-duty i would take a clip on medal before i do anything. i would then simply wait for that clip to process. once that has done if there are staff members online i would ask in staff chat to be brought into a sit as i was just rdmed and i would proceed from there. If there is no fellow staff member offline i would file a player report and move on with my day. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would first gather proof of these actions before i accuse anyone of anything. Once i have gathered enough proof i would make a staff report on the member of staff for there abuse and wait for it to be resolved by a member of UA. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. I would fulfil the ticket as usual and if my faction member /friend had committed any wrong doing i would give the appropriate punishment like i would in any other ticket. The reason you were pked was due to missing countless amounts of kickups. To my knowledge you never posted a loa with us. There were more than enough times where we announced it was time for kickups and we never received one. I love this idea, MafiaRP should have incarceration roleplay, you always hear in the media produced about the Mob those lines of people "taking the fall for the family" and "doing the time to come out to a reward". Keep in mind, i hate the state of policeRP on the server but something like this would actually give policeRP and legalRP so much more meaning instead of "heh character PKed make a new one".
