Well I can give part 1. User made ticket to report you two for RDM. Had the shortest clip ever, showed just like a gun on safety and a countdown, and someone got out and shot him. I told user "Hey lets make sure we're following escalation rules. i.e. when you threaten an individual with a gun you have to point it. Obviously you didnt shoot him, so not serious." Told other user "Let's make sure we're waiting till they point the gun to take a shot at them, and dont be dancing to prevent them from seeing you pull your gun" (It was tim burr) I was not made aware of the larger firefight or given any further information Later, Greenghost stated that he had a new clip and asked if it was "Handled". I said I wasn't aware of a longer, fuller clip, and that he should assess the situation himself with the new information and make a ruling. He did so, which led to your ban. P.S. They are my Serbian brothers, they have actually messaged me asking me about conflict their 3rd friend Mare said but I wasn't home at that time to respond, after I came home and I found out I called them on Discord and they explained everything that the 3rd guy that was in Kosher lied about a war or conflict idk and when he shoot they shoot too. I can assure you that they won't do such a thing again give them another chance if they do it which I am sure they won't don't ever give them a chance again appealing won't work for them anymore. +1

Hello, As you can see Yuki did very clear and extensive research trying to give you leeway before you were banned, the provided documentation is as clear as possible; There was no way you could "hear" your friend from that far a distance. Looking at the clips there is also no way to tell that he was your friend since he was in no clothing that could've made him easier to identify. Yuki was gracious enough to allow you to try to give a reasonable explanation but you were unable to give one. Being stated, the reasons for the ban are valid. If you don't want to be banned for violations of the rules its simple, just don't break the rules. If you cant do the time. Don't do the crime. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.

+1 I've known Sosa for around 3 years from various different communities, he was actually a big help during the start of my Diverge experience. I'm not going to sit he and act as if Sosa wasn't a minge as I was partially victim to his antics as I was a Bonanno during his time in De Leon, but if he has been this consistent with appeals I believe he should be given a second chance. I don't think the "pay the toll" catchphrase is a fair approach to this ban and I think he should be given another chance and if unbanned should be watched for a little. I also would like to note Anzati was insanely correct with the PVP over RP comment, De Leon a group that was full of minges but thankfully they've changed their ways as of recent, ix_crazy for example, he isn't perfect by all means but he is definitely more behaved compared to 2024 and I feel this might be the same situation for Rupert/Sosa.

I have been banned for almost two years. In that time I have made 3 appeals on this ban, understandably they have all been denied. I still have continued to play on other servers and stay active within other gmod communities, in one I have become a prominent player for my police rp (before my discharge) and pvp. I have also never alted or tried to cause severe discourse in this community. I was banned two years ago for metagame and before that I was already perma banned for rdm bait. I had a substantial amount of PO's ranging from metagame, rdm bait, and rdm. With the addition of this perma ban I reached 16 bans in total. When I was unpermad for rdm bait I said that I had changed and I was a roleplayer. But I quickly devolved back into the reasons for my removal of this community. I agree to what anzati said in my second appeal, I was associating with people who only wanted pvp instead of rp, but I am not going to act like I was too immature to not act different. Looking back into my old clips I can see that I was nothing but annoying. Sure, I was having fun but it was easy to see that other's were not. I have already apologised to the community numerous of times in appeals. There is nothing more that I can say or bring up other than how apologetic I am. It has been two years after all and I am looking to have a fresh start playing in other factions. I have had people reach out with the same question "when are you coming back". From both sides, people from the "anti-commission" zeitgeist as well as people in the commission. Some of those people have offered to pay for my unban but I always shy away from it. You need to realize is that Garry's Mod is almost a 20 year old game and it doesn't render stuff from a distance that well and just because I don't want to be shooting the pole I back up from it and even if why would I run far left when I could peak from behind the pole

Hello, I'm somewhat involved in this situation, so I'd like to share my perspective. First of all, he is not lying. Someone from our faction falsely told them that we had issues with Jewish people and that we had ordered them to take care of some Jewish guy, which is completely false. At the time, they were brand new to the server, just a group of friends looking for something new to do. Obviously, being lied to doesnt justify Mass RDM or breaking any server rules. They should have known better and made sure they understood the rules before acting. That said, they were new to the city and genuinely didnt realize that what they were doing was against the rules. Because of that, I believe they deserve a second chance to prove they are not minges(NITRP). They are aware of the mistake they made, they've acknowledged it, and they are willing to make things right. Long story short, I dont think there was any bad intent here. They are good people who made a stupid mistake, and i believe they deserve another chance. +1
