Hello, while I empathize with the situation and friends have made it clear how much they appreciate and care for your RP. The major issue here, is you didn't inform or contact staff when this happened; you connected an hour and 40 minutes later, deposited your stuff and went on. You didn't make a ticket at such a time either. The clip provided can't definitively say whether you disconnected, as part of client side bug or a user disconnection. To point out, you do move after gunshots and typically logs will show differently for cases of a crash or a timeout. The convenience of crashing at that exact time can't be ignored and you have failed to provide enough evidence for you defense. You state you had a thunderstorm and wifi kept going on and off, implying you should have had wifi at some point or access to the internet, to make a discord ticket or to inform staff in any way; even just when it came back on. Secondly, you state this has been a recurring issue with gunshots. Which means you were aware of the issue, which means you took the risk of playing with the possibility of a crash. ( and the consequence's thereof. ) The area you were mugged is also a red zone or a 'mugged where stand' zone. Meaning you were fair game. I have also investigated the user and it can't be proven they are a mugging character at this time. I can understand the gesture, you'd give back the items they'd have acquired mugging off of you. But you didn't actively attempt to do so, until your character was at jeopardy. Effectively rolling the dice. After investigation the character that PKed you was used as primarily a mugging and consequences free character. It was found to have been used as a middle man in racket abuse. The character that PKed you has been PKed as a result and the user has been issued a ban. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

It's the most obvious choice. The arguments made against it were so backwards, claiming it increases metagame threat.

It also will lower the people metagaming on discord which staff have zero way of seeing, wooc would have it in logs.

+1 Let’s be honest, guys — it’s impossible to fully control metagaming. If we use /LOOC people can access and abuse information they weren’t supposed to have. Some things NEED to be said in OOC (Like discord links n stuff), so a /WOOC would give people a bit more privacy in OOC matters, you know? I have no idea why yall are giving -1 for a thing that could help us all.

I mean sure yeah the original ban could be seen as greifing but I see it as the guy that got killed in the raid is a really sore loser and reported me and got me that original ban. They told me that I did not bring any RP to the server but that guy was literally just afk in an apartment and processing drugs so I really do not see how he was either. They also told me that my character was a raid character because I had made it 24h prior to the ban but that is because I was PK'd on my other char so I dont know how if I only have one character how it is only used as a raiding character. But I do see your perspective about me also being a greifer so fair play :)) Edit: I have also seen a lot of people being unbanned for greifing and give more than an extra chance for greifing as well so I think I deserve a chance and if I do anything that goes against the server rules even by little bit then I deserve to be perma banned.

The irony is that you point out that there's not many griefers on the server when you got banned for griefing my friend. The reason you're banned is the reason there's not alot of griefers on this server.

Hello, admin here that PKed you as a result of LTARP. I did not ban you for the LTARP, but right after you got brought under FearRP and tied you left the city for "Disconnect by user" as seen in the logs: The clip that I was shown of the mugging showed shots fired, then you get tied. Seconds after being tied you leave and don't return for another hour and forty minutes. Upon your return (1:40 later), you get into a vehicle and head to an atm, where you put all the clothes you had on into your account. Had you DMed an admin or moderator after your initial disconnect then the roleplay could have possibly continued, but instead you got picked up and dropped off at an atm to store your stuff. Leaving under FearRP, while tied, before they got any items from you seemed very convenient. Putting all your stuff into your bank afterwards without any communication to staff makes me doubt that it was unintentional. Hope this helps clear the water.

gonna be honest theres genuinely no con to this big +1 idk why anyone would argue against this lol the amount of times theres been rp and someone is confused and someone explains in LOOC it tends to kill the vibe and the seriousness of the moment sometimes making it a hehe haha moment having the ability to whisper OOC to tell someone something either its explaining something or telling them context would keep the RP alive and not be a vibe kill or a funny mistake moment
