Another comment, when I was told IC to apologize for the OOC situation I simply said I would but I also said that "I think we were both in the wrong" I was not disobeying and I was going to do it.

And yes, the conversations of "disrespect" towards vanessa and her boyfriend were in a discord call and vanessa and him ran to the jew hotel and told chain in the poker room.

Its not that I "decided" to not bring them up, it just doesn't make sense, these were even before my ban and I was warned and paid the taxes I had to endure for these. Ive said this before and I will say it again, it makes no sense that I was disrespectful OOC, I was talked to about it IC, then vanessa told other members of high command then I was pk'ed.

Once again, if these were the reasons for my PK I would have been pk'ed before this. Not right after the OOC situation that happened between me and Numbscul, it literally makes no sense on how these would not have correlated in any sense of the matter.

When have I disrespected made members of our faction? In previous circumstances yes I have had bad blood with some of our allies but I had since apologized, paid my taxes and have paid my dues for those actions. It makes no sense how these things would not correlate, I had came back after one day and was barely talking as much as usual. But coincidentally, I was disrespectful OOC, they told IC and mere minutes later I was pk'ed? Im sure theres no correlation man.

You weren’t PKed because I went and talked to someone. Being disrespectful during our first interaction was childish, yes. But honestly, all I wanted was an apology after you insulted me, and I wouldn’t have cared about it moving forward. You had already left a bad impression the first time you joined the faction, and you continued to dig yourself into your grave after being let back in. As far as I know, you were PKed for a stack of different things you did in the short time after being let back in. Just a few examples people have brought up that you forgot to include in your appeal: - Insulting members and continuing even after being asked and warned to stop. - Causing issues with allies. - Starting internal issues with other members. From my understanding, you were given a lot of leeway and warnings to clean things up, and you still decided to act the same way.

I wrote the orders on him, the orders were written, nothing to do with OOC conversation. He previously disrespected several made members which was brought to my attention. The made members in question were several people approaching me in game and told me about his antics. He was also PKd from us once before for other reasons but also including disrespect. He was warned several times about disrespecting other made members that outrank him. I was not aware of these things until approached in game and told about these issues.

The interaction being mentioned was not considered when the orders were requested. There is so much more he decided to not bring up.

Hi there, admin who set you PK active here. I was not told that the conversations took place were OOC. I was asked to put on the orders for not following commands, disrespecting made members of your faction and continuing to do so when told to stop. The fact that the conversations took place OOC may change the verdict of my original greenlighting of your PK being honest it wasn't made apparent to me that this was an OOC talk that took place.

The day went smooth and I made my money with no problems. The next day aka today I was pinged within our discord that we would be paid for the hours we worked, I worked one hour at the deli so accordingly I was supposed to be paid 7,000. I went within a discord call inside our discord because it had one of the people who were suppose to pay me and I was going to inquire into my paycheck, Numbskul then said "Im at the ATM near the casino." So I met him there and a woman was standing next to me and as I said in a discord call aka an entirely OOC outlet of speaking, I said "Whos this bitch next to me." Numbskul then got annoyed as this person was Vanessa, his in real life girlfriend. I can also understand his anger, he then said "You won't be getting paid nor can you work at the Little Israel." And what tops it off is immediately, Vanessa went to tell my higher ups about an OOC conversation which is what I believe to have led up to my Permanent Kill on my Character. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

I actually really enjoy this server and I believe most of my frustration comes from the way I have been treated by people in the city which is why I have been raiding. In the mean time I will find better ways to conduct myself. I couldn't find anything in the raiding rules that specifies one room in a building is considered as one single raid. I was pulled to an admin before about this and specifically told them that I raided rooms in one single building. I then recieved a PM from that same admin about 20 minutes later stating that he spoke with another staff member and said what I did was fine. If that rule could be clarified--I think it would save a lot of headache for newer players like myself. edit; I spoke to an acquaintance and went over the raiding rules. When I read "A robbery is defined as forcing your way onto a property with the intention of burglary or theft.." The word "property" is where I think my confusion came. When I think of a property I think of one single building. For the apartments it is one property leased out to tenants which in of itself makes all of the units inside a unique property, is that correct? I'm trying really hard to understand so that this does not happen again. The GM event is the only thing that has me confused because I am being honest when I tell you I was not gambling. For context and for what it's worth; I was contacted to participate as a fighter in the event. I conducted the raid before the event started, that is when someone was building the boxing ring in the very back of the map. As you said I entered through the backdoor and I don't believe I could have seen the sign because at that point it wouldn't have been up yet because the event hadn't taken place. With that being said; I believe your conviction to be just and I will wait out my ban. However, if any one else reading this believes in my merit, I would like to come back sooner if possible. From my time with Alfe he's been a great lad who has been around enough to know the rules, and often when I first started helped learn the rules, showing a valuable skill of being able to support new players in an understanding way, with alot of recent tickets being from new players this would be valuable for the staff team. Spending alot of time with alfe as well, he tries his best to upload quality RP often with funny quips that I find myself quoting. +1

This is blatant powergame and forces the TM and his peers into an unfair roleplay scenario, which could lead to accusation, arrest, or otherwise detrimental outcomes: Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc,
