Hey there PKing staff. Your character was PKed for initiating a violent confrontation with police, by pulling your gun on the officer as he was arresting someone else. Your gun having no bullets in this circumstance is irrelevant. The act of pointing the gun at the police, in this case, is counted as 'initiating a violent confrontation'. I'm not sure with the speed of how the events unfold, that the officer failed to do due diligence. As at the time, it could be taken as a credible threat against his life and I do not see this as an execution. TO recap:

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I attempted to save a friend from being arrested, I pointed my gun at him but had no bullets so my gun clicked twice. In this scenario, I think in my view the cop should’ve made an attempt to arrest me but instead, decided to shoot me. I knew the consequences of the action but since the cop heard the click of my weapon could have prompted him to roleplay an arrest or disarmament rather than use lethal force. I am also brand new to the server which is another reason I would like to appeal the ban.

Hello, This situation is pretty clear cut. You were actively running around begging people for money so you could pay your kickups, which you said the word "kickups" out loud multiple times. Something that is clearly against the rules of this faction and probably every faction on the server. Joining a faction means you agree to abide by their rules, and if they believe you havent they can order their death if they'd like to. Additionally, this character had the EXACT same name of a previous character of yours that was also PKd. Keep in mind its against the rules to re-use the names of previous PKd characters of yours.
