Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Because I did not get into a shootout with the police or anyone on that character. That character isn't even armed, they literally have no weapons. And the last time I was on the server, I wasn't on that character lmao, and hadn't been for about an hour or so.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: How am I meant to provide proof of something when I wasn't even present when this char ban happened
