Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: this pk was a plot from Wembley after I learned of his plot to snake me once the cartel faction came in. Since I learned of this, I gave all available items to friends as I planned on (and did) delete the Character. After wembley saw i took 3 custom items from him, he flipped out, and went on a rampage, trying to get me out of any and all factions. 2 days ago, I joined taka and started repping the tag. Yesterday I was killed and Yugi would not tell me why. Today, from an anonymous source, I received the attached image. This shows that the underlying motive of my pk was due to an OOC beef, that is entirely one sided.

 

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Hi, am the faction leader here.

You were pk'ed after IC knowledge being brought to me of you using the racket when being explicitly told to sell oil. Note that I was there when you got hired, and you explicitly told us that you'd be only doing oil on two separate occasions, one being the time you double checked with us

Outside of this, you should be checked for racket abuse, but I haven't gotten around to actually asking staff to do so.

As with all pks the only thing the "Victim" needs to know is that it was Dons Orders. This is a risk you accept when joining a faction, if however you re telling the truth when it comes to an OOC Motive. Please gather all of your evidence for when UA Reach out to you. As that would most likely open the door to an appeal.

 

In terms of your PK everything seemed fine, the orders were written by a capo and given to his subordinates to kill you.

Dude got PK'd in taka and wants to blame us for celebrating . Nothing in that screenshot supports the idea that Wembley orchestrated this. You're just salty you cannot keep a character for more than a few months at a time without us seeing you on the character appeal section.

Stop me when i lie, but the accusation is that Polar was allegedly killed from Taka for leaving our cartel and stealing from us. The screenshot you sent of me saying "Polar is def dead" is before he ever left our cartel, or stole anything. How does this screenshot back you up. I deleted the message because you used it to get polar to defect and steal from us, which happens hours after the "polar is dead" thing. Let’s get it straight, I had polar killed because he left the cartel and stole from us, which youre backing up with a screenshot that was taken before polar ever left or stole? Sure bro....
