Your Orders were written two days after you left the faction As I'm sure you are aware when joining a faction you get a pop up which you have to accept. i do not have a picture of that pop up at this point in time. but I'm sure someone can provide it.

Appeal seems to be rescinded. Orders were written within 2 weeks of you leaving. It is the mafia, factions can lie to you and say you are free to leave and later kill you. This is in the rules.
