Got pked while afk says i was racket abusing and i got killed for it which i was not was reccomending in rumours to a guy in rumours totally different from selling in logs nobody called my phone or was i initiating a deal or braking my family rules so for some one to know that i sent that message its  a staff abuse telling that to my family i did that  or someone lied someone has to lied cause i never sold a fucking gun to public or private  so what the fuck and the admin know its my heroin shipment i was doing its in logs so what the fuck is going on im a head associate so like what the fuck.

Why should you be unbanned?

bro i was literally afk in my car waiting on my heroin shipment and i came back to my pc and im pked and dead no roleplay what snake shit this is here the admins know its wrong i can say whatever the fuck i want in rumours people always make fake shit and scams in there so like what the fuck and how can they know its me the fuck its a rumour a fucking rumour

So Firstly. That isn't the reason for your Pk and i had no input in the matter so I'm not entirely sure why you're lying about the situation from the get-go. After you were PKED I told you to sell whatever shipments you're selling for 15% More than you buy them for Otherwise it's a Separate Issue which Can Lead to a PK or Staff Punishment.

Anyways. On that note This is the wrong location entirely for a PK Appeal. This is not a BAN It is a Character Appeal / PK Appeal and should be posted in the Character Appeal Section.

As for "Got pked while afk says i was racket abusing" It does NOT Say you were "Racket Abusing" You were Pked by your faction on Dons orders from your faction.

Also if you feel there was Staff Abuse Involved you can make a Staff Report through the forums.

Oh and. Adverting that you're selling your faction racket for less than market price with only 4 people in your faction online. with three of them knowing it's not them and your phone number attached is a silly thing to do. to begin with.

Hi so faction leader here, while I had no involvement with your PK - I have strict rules set around people under made/without permission selling firearms without proper licensing and the proper arms dealer role. Reason being, we have a legitimate gun store and when somebody sells an illegal firearm that works under one of our businesses it ultimately leads to their arrest, whether or not it ends up backfiring on our business is beside the point in this case. The pricing of the PM9's is also absolutely insane considering you were neglecting to sell it at the Garrison price, and setting your own prices which inevitably takes away from the business.
You were apparently warned by the head enforcer and then continued such actions. Prior to this you also were advertising during a meeting that you were going to "bang out" with the people who mugged you instead of just simply taking a clip of the mugging and then handling it properly afterwards - which disrupted the meeting and could've been grounds for a PK then. We avoided it knowing you had been very upset due to the mugging. You being given multiple chances is something I don't do often, so I want to make it clear that this wasn't personal.

I will say, sometimes its better to nail something in a players head for them to understand why they did something wrong, instead of just controlling them by telling them they are doing something wrong. In this case, I'm unsure of the conversation that took place with you and the H.E, so I won't blame either of you but in the future for any faction you are part of, I'd 99% of the time listen to your HC and if that 1% you need to double check with another HC member, do so. But I wouldn't ever go against something your HC says and then expect to stay alive. You can reach out to me via dms if you want to come back in a week, I'm not blacklisting you. oh & sidenote. It wasn't Built Different who got you killed, these orders have been written up already because this apparently isn't the first time you were selling guns way under the market price / without permission.

Hey man, I know its bad juju for someone who isn't involved with the situation to comment

A couple things, as I just wanna give you some advice/knowledge

You can be set active for ANY reason by anyone at or above the rank of CAPO+, aslong as a proper reason is given to staff
Crashing out isn't going to make staff (or your faction for that matter) want to have you back.
Racket abuse will get you PKed, or banned as stated before, in this case it was a PK.
