Media Player Chrome Error Problem

Hello! Every time I have tried to use my media player permissions over the past month, I've gotten this error message. I just found out the forums have a "Bugs" section, so I wanted to add it. I'd really appreciate help fixing this.

I already have them purchased. This is what pops up after I hit the Select Media tab.

I got to play youtube videos for like 2 weeks before this shit broke forever. Still can't use it till' this day!
