What was blacklisted from you?: My PET flags
 

Reason for blacklist (if given):Spawning skulls, And prop flying.

Why should it be returned?: I think it should be returned because I understand that I was being irresponsible and not using my pet flags correctly, but I am new to the server and was not understanding of the rules at the time, now I have read over the rules and taken them into hand, if I get them back I will use them appropriately and apply the rules to myself. I get that what I did was wrong and I apologize and hope you will understand, and thank you for your time.

Noted 3 times on PET abuse (removed on the 3rd), the 2nd offense was literally either the day before or the day before that. 

Denied about 10-12 days ago.

Just noting this here, didn't take the flags myself, that was kai

Hi! Admin who removed your flags, you were spawning skull props on and around the blue lobster property, you are lucky to have only lost pet flags and not got banned for powergame!

If I try to get them back do I usually appeal at a later time like a month or two later than I got them taken?

Whilst you seem apologetic and understanding of what you have done wrong here, which is a very important factor. This pet flag blacklist is unfortunately far too fresh to be appealed.

During the remainder of this blacklist please be careful of your server conduct as breaking other rules / receiving other notes or bans may impact your next appeal.

This blacklist is not permanent and will be able to be appealed in future, at this current time we believe this to be justified.
