Why should it be returned?: I think it should be returned because I understand that I was being irresponsible and not using my pet flags correctly, but I am new to the server and was not understanding of the rules at the time, now I have read over the rules and taken them into hand, if I get them back I will use them appropriately and apply the rules to myself.
