Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *I have been in the server for some time now, and an issue I have been seeing is how at some times of the day players tickets don't get accepted. players tickets also don't get read for long periods of time or ones that don't even get accepted due to a lack of staff online. At other times when the server is maxing out there just isn't enough staff online or in game accepting tickets. I also want to help out the community that I am a part of and learn how this part of Diverge functions.
 

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * I have been in the server for some time and I'm really looking to help the community. I'm an active player on Diverge and I'm motivated to become an admin and help out to the best of my ability. I know a decent amount of people and I would like to say that I have good relationships with most of them. I have not been banned from this server or any other servers. 
 

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: * never

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * I don't think everyone knows who I am, but I know a decent chunk of the server. Most of the people I know are from the factions I have been in. The rest of the people I know are from the dupes I would create for them. I would like to think that I have a good relationship with the majority of people I have met and played with on this server. And have had some good times with some of the people on this server.
 

What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: * There are a ton of good moments and good people that I have had great moments with. Like when I got Capo or one of my friends accidentally started processing in the middle of the road, or when people used to create helicopters and fly away from cops and give you joy rides around the city. I have created a therapy clinic in the server where I have had some hilarious RP scenes. There were a ton of good GM events that I have been able to participate in, like people's insane creations like roller coasters and theme parks on the server. There are just so many things I cannot pick a favorite.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I'd clip it and make a ticket on it. If there are no staff on duty at the time, I would get on my staff chair and take care of it.
 

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip it and talk to them to see if what they were doing was a mistake or they just didn't know they were in the wrong, and keep watching them. If they do it again clip that and bring it to a higher staff member about it and tell them how you have already spoken to that staff member about it and how they continued doing it. 
 

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It absolutely would be considered bias if I took that ticket. So I would do nothing and let another staff member take the ticket and deal with the issue.

Frank has been one of the most OG and long-tenured players I have come across so far in my time in the city. He has demonstrated a clear understanding of the rules, and I believe that he can be a great addition to the staff team. I hope Frank is granted this opportunity, as I think he will do great!
