1. Hello Andy, I am writing this on behalf of myself and Tupac is posting it for me. What happened between me and Knowledge is none of your concern. In any situation you have 0 in character proof that any of these events ever occurred. The logs will show that Knowledge transferred most of his belongings over to me. For those who don't know Knowledge was one of the hardest working members of Supreme Team. He grinded hours each day, selling suits, guns, and bricks. He left the faction with three times the amount of money he inherited, and left multiple bank accounts full of guns ranging from all classes. There was no bad blood between Knowledge and the new don Trick, with any situation regarding Knowledges actions. If anything it was the opposite. Both Knowledge and Trick will attest to that they had a very close relationship throughout the history of the faction, and they still do to this date. You as an Underboss have no right to determine or act on behalf of the don in this situation. You are acting on your own behalf, neither the consig Danny or the don Trick ever supported any of these ideas, or actions.
    

   Lets go to the facts of the case, why is jacob_80._94407, and saulshitman4 two members of Bruno Scarfo high command present at these PKs. Why is jacob on a minge character with the sole purpose to help you carry out actions like these. He doesn't pay kickups, he doesn't contribute to the faction, he probably has less than 3 hours on the character. Why are you trusting him with killing a ranked member of leadership? There is no roleplay there WHATSOEVER. There is 0 recorded events of this character ever being used for any roleplay purposes. The ONLY reason why you choose him to carry it out because he was your friend out of character. My next question, why is saulshitman4 on his Bruno Scarfo high command character "The Wop" recording this pk? Why is he following jacob_80._94407 for THIRTY seconds across union square to the ATM. This is clearly a metagamed PK, with no merit. There is 0 roleplay here, this was all done out of character. They were associated with this PK because you are a former member of Bruno Scarfo.
    

   You were upset that I was getting the attention, and I was getting the recognition over yourself. You are power hungry, and self serving. You saw competition for your place and you acted. You are using this as a ploy to defend your position. You were jealous of me, and resentful. You are a disgrace to this faction, and to the human race. I didn't PK Tupac for OOC reasons. Even in the clip Tupac posted himself, you can see they were trying to remove me together with Trick Trick. My character found out about it, and I acted before they could

Tupac and the Don tried to remove me and the argument that led to all of this started because of the $10 million you gave him. They just failed THAT DOESNT MEAN I PKED HIM FOR THE MONEY.

I've already explained to the UA how my character found out. Before issuing the PK, I explained the reasons to handling staff, gave the full context and provided the necessary evidence

So this isn't an OOC issue and it isn't really about your money!!!

I'm not going to read everything you wrote here, but I'll respond to what you said about Genovese.

First of all, none of those were hit characters. They were all established characters with actual RP behind them.

Second, when Jacob PK'd someone we believed was a rat just a few days ago, you didn't say a single word about it. Jacob also wasn't new to the family, so I don't really understand what's so "unusual" about this situation.

At the end of the day, you and the Don tried to remove me. My character found out, so I acted first and removed you instead. We've been going back and forth for two hours now, and it honestly just feels like you're trying to find a loophole

This character has no roleplay experience in the city, has no connections in the city, and has no material value. I request that the member supervising this request look into this character. Has he ordered shipments, has he moved up within the company, has he paid kickups, etc. There is no reason why an associate is pking a respected member of faction leadership. There is no roleplay to the situation, he was not an enforcer, and neither was any of this done ingame. As shown in the clip its clear that they are metagaming, there are no radios used, and they dont talk in voice chat at all. In addition there is no reason why saulshitman4 is on his Bruno Scarfo high command character "Frank The Wop Mota" is following jacob_80._9440 across the city for almost thirty seconds. I believe this to be clear metagame, Andy abused his relationships in the faction Bruno Scarfo to mitigate any risk to himself. The relationship is clear by how they all reacted to his staff application.

The characters weren't just hit characters and we didn't metagame anything. I already explained to the admin handling your PK ticket how my character found out you were working with the Don to have me removed and that was the IC reason for your PK. The money only started the conflict, nothing more. This wasn't OOC, it wasn't metagaming, and it wasn't just a hit character situation

Respectfully, Arjun has many hours of playtime and has been part of multiple factions previously. The character was not created recently to safeguard the UB. This also hasn't been the first hit I've been involved in for this faction. I wasn't aware of this underlying plot, I was only given the orders as I've been tasked to do so before. 

We were speaking ICly as the events unfolded, he told me ICly (voice chat in city) he spotted one of the targets at car dealership and then went looking for another. Not much communication needed as the targets were very recognizable.

Faction Don here: Yes, I was 100% going to PK Noir. However, him finding out ICly just simply isn't the case. Regarding this, there were only 2 Supreme members online when we had our conversation because it wasn't orginally supposed to be about Noir. This meeting was setup privately and with no security or advert letting anyone know where we were going to be, what time, or even what day it would happen. The topic of Noir came up because once again he made decisions on behalf of the company the day of the meeting and I had grown tired of him doing this without first making sure everyone was on the same page. This has been a constant issue with him since he was given the position of Underboss which was clearly a mistake. Noir has grown increasingly more power hungry as the days have gone on and has attempted to put people from his pocket in key postitions within Supreme to attempt a coup. This as well as jealousy caused him to act out yesterday and abuse his powers to destroy the faction internally. Noir was upset that the old faction Don had given someone else money and clothing items that were not Noir's to begin with. 

Since day 1 of being UB he has tried to pit key members of the faction against eachother. This has created so much distrust between the Consig, Underboss, Streetboss, and Capos. Noir thinks just because he is in this position that everyone has to listen to him no matter what and he can make any amount of decisions on behalf of the company as a whole, just to get his way. For example, attempting to force another member to build a dupe at a location we don't own because he said he got it approved with the owners of the building. Come to find out this was a lie. The other company had no idea this was taking place, and this whole scheme was just Noir trying to give commands that control another players hard work. 

Then last night happens. Noir somehow "finds out ICly" that he is going to be promoted to civilian. So to jump the gun, like he always does, he took all the faction funds and then killed 2 of our members before the orders for him were even active. Tupac and Freeman, both AFK, are killed. Noir probably has orders on other members of the faction as well, waiting for them to get into the city. This is without a doubt an attempted coup. Unless my Consig is lying to me as well, he does not have majority in the company to take over. This whole situation is a young man acting like a child because daddy didn't give him enough love. He felt abandoned by the last don leaving and wants the money for himself. He simply saw Tupac wearing shit he couldn't afford that the old Don gave him and snapped. He didn't kill them for a reason, he killed them because hes a higher rank.
