Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  Returning to the staff team to help better the server. I had a lot of fun my 2 times as staff and now that I am fully back to playing again I'd like to return once more to help especially during peak hours when the majority of the troublemakers appear on the server and cause havoc overloading the low amount of staff that I typically see online. People breaking rules ruins the server and the immersion for all of us causing a rift in the roleplay ideally the more staff the quicker things get handled and the better the experience of the server is.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I have a lot of staff experience especially on this server throughout my extended time period within the staff team previously. I have a 0 tolerance for bias and bring a level head to all situations regardless of who may or may not be in the wrong in whatever staff related situation I am handling at the time. 
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): DV Administrator for a prolonged period of time not sure of an exact number, as well as all the experience from managing and administrating MRP servers in the past. 
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  I would say I am quite well known amongst the population of the server as well as many of the staff members. My reputation is different depending on who you ask but I would say the majority like me. 
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moment as of now would have to be running a faction as it has shown a whole new side to the server outside of what I was used to for so long.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would take a clip of the situation and wait for the person that was RDMd to make a ticket and provide it to whatever staff member takes the ticket if not me to help them further decide what the punishment will be for the offender.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would take my time gathering as much evidence of the situation as I can as well as notifying a higher ranking admin of the situation so they can also keep their eyes open for anything they notice. After gathering a substantial amount of evidence that cannot be denied I would provide everything I've gathered to the proper ranking staff and allow them to further handle the situation.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would allow the ticket to sit and be taken by another staff member as well as contacting any afk staff that may be able to take it as me taking it could be seen as biased. If nobody comes to take the ticket I would take the sit and handle it as an unbiased 3rd party fully working the sit as if I had never met the person from my faction and or friend and provide proper punishment to them if they were truly in the wrong.
