Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  I've been loving my time here at Diverge, with just half a month of playtime I've already met so many great people in this community that has welcomed me with open arms. I'm hopeful that me being a member of the staff team can allow me to not only meet more amazing people over time, but allow for me to provide good quality experiences and support not only to the regulars, but to newer players in the hopes that they too can enjoy this amazing community. 

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I have a very open schedule, allowing me to be active on the server for a significant amount of time each day. My playtime also often extends into peak EU hours. While I may not have as much experience with the factions as some others, I believe I am a quick learner and can easily learn anything I'm currently unfamiliar with if needed.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Not in gmod so , N/A

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I do believe I have become slightly more known from my recent promotion to LT in Altoviti. While I cannot speak on everyone's opinion on me, I do believe I'm well liked by many. I've had mostly nothing but good experiences with many people, and even the very few bad experiences I've had have ultimately resulted in more good experiences in the end.

What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?:  As chud as this sounds, late on my birthday, on the 9th, I had a party thrown in Napoli and around 20~ or so faces show up and ALL sing me happy birthday, the moment genuinely brought a tear to my eye.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:  Switch over to a staff char (unless im actively busy in RP, in which i'd simply clip the situation and forward it in proper staff channels.) On my staff char, i'd question the indivudal they RDM'ed along with the person who was rdm'ed, and if needed, anyone else who witnessed the event.  From there, making a decision on the situation such as handing out proper punishments.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I'd try to speak to the other staff member in question first, in the case that it's a simple mistake or something they're unaware of they're abusing, if it can be quickly solved by a conversation avoiding needing any escalation. Although, if the person in question is higher in rank too me, or equal too in rank and isn't willing to change / adjust what is needed, gathering evidence and then reporting it to higher ranking staff member to decide on the matter.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If it's someone I know to the point that they are a friend, or are a part of my faction. I would not engage in the ticket, and either forward it to another staff member or just avoid it entirely. Even if I don't believe I'd act biasedly in a ticket, it may not seem that way to others and in the interest of avoiding any confusion, arguments, or other issues. Avoidance would be the best scenario.
