Can we finish the fishing harbor?

Hey guys, I've always felt like fishing is kinda underrated. I think one of the aspects that prevents people from fishing is the current setup of the fishing docks.

It's not easy on the eyes, it feels too asymmetrical, and it always struck me as oddly shaped.

Here's what it looks like currently:

 

I, a humble man, propose some slight variation and changes. I'm sure pendred can fix it up and do it relatively easy:
