Reduce the shipment wait time from 10 minutes to 5 minutes or less.

This is probably going to be denied but I just have to say that waiting that amount of time for a shipment can be abit frustrating whilst grinding.

There should still be a wait time but not 10 minutes, instead it should be 5 minutes or less depending on what staff may think.

but yes in short, reduce the shipment delivery time.
