Improper escalation falls under RDM directly, therefore he was banned as such, I don't want it to be a permanent ban personally, however what the boss says is final.

 

"Perma on next offence" is what led to it being a permaban

Malcom McGriff here. I wasn't the driver of the car, but that's my car. I was the person heard giving radio call outs on Shadow's clip and was involved with the PK. You were shooting at a non-active threat, the black Merc, which is improper escalation, giving you an unfair advantage as you "mag-dumped it", popping all tires, and causing it to crash out in the tunnel. This in turn led to a plate search by Senior Officer Owen Davis, which led to you arresting me and charging me with "s35(1) Unlawful Possession of a Weapon x1, s40A(1) Unlawful Possession of a Weapon Attachment x1, 1-1A First Degree Murder x2"

Driver of the blacked-out Mercedes EVO here. This is what I have to say.

-1 First of all, fuck you lol. Either you’re a bad liar or you need prescription glasses smoothest brain I’ve come across. He mag-dumps the car and literally says it OUT LOUD as a callout. The tires were NOT “already popped.”

I hopped out of the whip after the PK happened, not even meaning to at first. I had the white shirt and mask on, and I’m crouched getting back into the car after someone else keep in mind, NOT ME, PK’ed that guy. I get back in the car and watch behind me as he runs out of the townhouse you can literally buy and own (TH3) and pushes up on us with a gun pointed.

So I start driving off slowly at first, then he starts shooting at the EVO. At that point I speed off because he’s literally beside the dude that killed him and the one who just got shot and killed, laying dead on the floor.

Y’all have my POV already, and admins already watched it. I’ll post it again because it’s funny. Keep this guy banned for a while at the very least all he knows is RDM RDM RDM!!!!

Your bullshit somehow bled into an IC murder case like 35 minutes after it even happened. Not sure if it was you who had the gunshot residue evidence, but I thought that only lasted like 15 minutes anyway.

Since I had to ditch the car in the tunnel, SO Owen Davis was able to get the plates while I escaped through the ghetto.

literally like a half an hr before his ban he Force IDed me and detained me saying that I matched the description of a suspect that ran away from a murder crime scene. Even though I'm wearing a hoodie that WL only to me and 2-3 other people who were not playing at the time, additionally I was wearing a Dres mask which covers my whole face but doesn't hide my F3. in combination the outfit covers my full head and the rest of my body except my hands. instead of typing an essay saying how I looked nothing like the suspect that he was looking for, Ima jus show you the video of the PK and i want yall to look at the suspect closely, I'm also going to show you a photo of the guy he arrested (he wasn't even there) for said murder and ima show you a photo of what I was wearing when he detained me for "matching a description"  ,    (clips of said Pk) The mugshot is the guy he arrested who wasn't even at the scene and the photo of the guy in a hood is me. TBH idc anymore since he's banned and I didn't get arrested, but he has done similar shi in the past multiple times and I can say from personal experience and from what I heard from others. Almost every time I think back about personal experiences with martin riggs I can only remember the times he was being corrupt and being biased with his RP, making the server a worse experience because he is harassing people and power tripping people because he thinks he's better and has authority over everyone on the server. I can't think of one positive thing he has done to make the server a better and more fun environment. when reading his appeal please consider what type of person you would be allowing back into the server by allowing him a second chance.
