So it's admitted he didn't RDM but "improper escalation" so why banned as RDM. Ngl making me think you did it as that to get the perma, like what you want cop to do when he sees believe someone just killed someone? Improper escalation falls under RDM directly, therefore he was banned as such, I don't want it to be a permanent ban personally, however what the boss says is final.

 

"Perma on next offence" is what led to it being a permaban

Malcom McGriff here. I wasn't the driver of the car, but that's my car. I was the person heard giving radio call outs on Shadow's clip and was involved with the PK. You were shooting at a non-active threat, the black Merc, which is improper escalation, giving you an unfair advantage as you "mag-dumped it", popping all tires, and causing it to crash out in the tunnel. This in turn led to a plate search by Senior Officer Owen Davis, which led to you arresting me and charging me with "s35(1) Unlawful Possession of a Weapon x1, s40A(1) Unlawful Possession of a Weapon Attachment x1, 1-1A First Degree Murder x2"
