Add a chance for you to pass out from drinking alcohol.  Maybe certain beverages have higher chances, the more you drink the longer you pass out and if possible add a tolerance

Maybe somehow whilst drug give the bleeding out effect where you can't sprint until you aren't drunk anymore

Hella +1, this would be great RP. Also, the NYPD breathalyzer might actually be more useful now with this update, who knows?

They have that system for the custom pills, I forget which ones
