Add a chance for you to pass out from drinking alcohol.  Maybe certain beverages have higher chances, the more you drink the longer you pass out and if possible add a tolerance

I feel like its too cartoony to have people passing out all over the place and ragdolling because they drank 3 bottles of wine

Maybe somehow whilst drug give the bleeding out effect where you can't sprint until you aren't drunk anymore
