What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  * To gain more experience on moderation and to get to know the community better. I also want to help stop rule breakers and possible hackers that invade the server. It motivates me to have a great time and help others in the game when they need help or have questions about the game. It makes me really happy helping others in need of assistance and making sure they follow the rules.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * I have lots of experience off and on platform and I have really good responsibility. I stay very calm under stressful situations and make sure everyone is being nice to each other. I also make sure that people get along and don't just RDM each other over and over again.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): {AN} Administrator 1 month, Roblox SCP game 2 Months Moderator, SCP:SL 1 Month Trial Moderator, Pavlov RP game Moderator, Rec room games moderator and administrator, Roblox milsim game 3 weeks Trial Moderator (I was banned because a stupid condo bot put me in it's server and idk why).
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No I have not
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * I'm not sure but I think they might think I'm funny and a little stupid sometimes. But I think I can make them think otherwise by having funny moments and making them laugh. I also think that they might have some thoughts about me but I'm not 100% sure.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would go to a corner and switch to on-duty and wait for a ticket unless I have proof/clip to show otherwise. But if there is staff members already on-duty I will just get a clip and let them handle it and make sure it's enough proof.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather as much clips as possible of him abusing and send it to a higher up but not him. I would send the clips to the chain of command until it reaches a administrator or higher rank.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: First I would make sure the person that made the ticket has a valid clip. If they have a clip I would punish the person aka my friend for RDM'ing and minging. If it's multiple Rdm's I would ban them for a day for RDM and NITRP.

Sorry I was just quoting your application with 2 days play time?
You started in 2025, so I done 48 hours / 5 hours (the time you said you could mod) = 9 sessions a year.
