What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  * I am applying for multiple reasons, one being Gamemaster.  Since I've started playing the server I've basically always wanted to host and create GM events to create more things to do on the server for the community.  As of recent I've noticed UA has been looking to make GM events more motivated to keep GM events fun RP wise and I believe if given the opportunity I would excel greatly within the position of Gamemaster.  My other reason is again community based, I want people on the server to actually have fun and not have any poor experiences with staff this might be biased but I believe in my past I was a good unbiased member of staff, yes I wasn't perfect at points but I tried my best to provide the best experience possible.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * I think I should be considered for a plethora of reasons I can list a few, I was previously staff for 8+ months and hit quota nearly every week, I missed it twice I believe.  I got too much playtime on the server and can help out with nearly every issue a player would have.  I will and HAVE banned my friends if they're acting like retards and breaking the rules, check Mards' bans for proof of this.  In the sit room I hold 0 bias so you wont have to worry of any issues arising from accepting me.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was staff on some shit bag DarkRP server years ago and staff on here from 2024-2025

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: 

NITRP | Mass VDM | LTAP - I was brand new to the server and was being a retard.

 

RDM (POs x1) - I was messing around and RDM'd a kind hearted girl

Metagame - Genuinely bullshit I didn't do anything, I was accused of metagaming that a Kosher Nostra member was in jail but I was literally just pissing about swapping characters and it was wrong place wrong time.

 

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * People have mixed opinions about me, I hold no grudges.  I'm a lover not a fighter...

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: This GM event: CLIP

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would notify the other staff online in @ chat about the incident in case of any MRDM, but in most situations, I wouldn't deal with it personally, unless this player is obviously just going around killing people for no reason.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would let the Senior Admin+ know about the abuse with clips for proof of it.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would deal with the sit as I would normally if they have recent notes about the same thing I would ban them, if they didn't have recent notes or no notes at all I would just give them a note.  If I punished him differently (not noting/banning them for example) then if I didn't know him that would be completely biased.  I would also call for a different staff if the reporting player wants a different one because of suspicion of bias.

one time him and byte yelled at me because I lawfully purchased doms deli. i turned it into johns deli. apparently something about escalation idk i bought the place and he was mad. i even had to hire a locksmith to crack open all of the doors for me.

Have you guys noticed the pattern with the -1’s, they don’t actually have a specific reason why they disagree with the application.  Their only distaste with me is the alliance I am apart of in character… guys let’s lock in and hold hands.
