Ability to shoot guns out of cars

So people can shoot other cars or drive-by others while they are in a passenger seat or maybe in the driver seat if they have specific guns(no rifles because that would probably be unrealistic).

if it could be done properly it wouldve already been a thing already, and on multiple servers too but its not 

shooting out of windows is so buggy in gmod half the time the person just shoots the car theyre in and blows themself up 

gmod can only push the limits so far ig
