Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *  I really enjoy this server and have had a lot of fun playing here, I've ended up spending a lot more time on it this year then I expected, and I'd like to give back by helping out as a mod. I'm especially interested in helping during times that not many staff are on like late nights or early weekends to help make sure things are running smooth and fair for everyone:) 

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *  I think I should be considered over other candidates because I'm a very approachable person and easy to communicate with. I also have real-life management experience which has taught me how to handle situations calmly, diffuse conflicts, and take fair approaches when making decisions.  

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): no

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: no

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * I don't know if i would say well known but there is a fair amount of people who know me and I would assume people find me helpful and approachable.

What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: War was fun really enjoyed the dedication people put in at the time

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Clip it tell another staff member, If there was no one else on I would just pull the people involved and get perspectives and hand out the consequence's  based off my best judgement.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would ask the fellow staff member what's going on see if maybe I'm just unaware of something and If it doesn't seem to add up I would bring it up with someone in the next chain of command. 

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would try to have another staff member take the ticket to avoid bias but if there's no one that can I would get all perspectives and dish out whatever is necessary based on proper chain of escalation.

Has spent a lot of time on the server building a name for herself and has climbed the ranks of the faction she is in, while doing this she has always followed the rules and has shown her dedication to the server as a whole. I think from her experience of playing and her overall attitude towards the server she would make an excellent addition to staff and would have very fair and reasonable ways of handling tickets etc … Big +1 from me
