Actually had to sit and think about this one.

 

 Clearly knows the rules but I have never seen him follow them.

Funny guy but I’ve never had a legitimate RP with him.

Can be very fair even when he does wrong but is still a high key troll and low level manipulator.

Extensive POs, Knows the rules well but clearly doesn't follow them.

 

He seems to have a commitment to rage bait and annoy people. Having him as staff would only reinforce him doing this. 

 

Personally seen him prop abuse, break NLR ( and Im talking within the span of the last few days. Not Like three months ago) and with the exception of his judge and cop characters that he spends little time on, his main character was literally made with the intent to be a minge.

 

I think he needs to prove himself over a long period of time that he can respect the people of the community he claims to love, and actually commit himself to RP and gaining friends instead of burning bridges.

 

If he was staff before on other servers then he should know better for this one.

OK OK SO… 

He has a very bad past but can be serious and unbiased when need be. I think since most don’t have such a pleasant experience with him, he should be given a couple of chances to try and show that he can be a good staff member. Surprisingly, he can role play (i know crazy right) but I mean he is a judge and can AT LEAST contribute to some sort of role play. If anything.. this staff app could be sitting here for a while which could give him some time to show that he can do much more rp than what most people see.

He is knowledgeable and well equipped for a staff position, being a judge and civ main he can moderate fairly

Extremely well known and also very beloved by newer players who often have some of their first interactions with him, and for every bad experience someone with a forum account has had - there are 10 non-forum users who have 10 good ones

He has always been a huge help to me surrounding rules and legal rp, and is active all the time (particularly active during the 0 staff hours)

Why not give him a shot!!

He is a very mature person who can be funny at most times, but also very serious when needed. He has a very good understanding of the rules and experience on the server. Would be very nice to see him as a staff member.

I don't see a world where you aint a minge. You have developed a reputation in the server. Would be a big mistake making you staff unfortunately.
