Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I used to staff on darkrp it was dope I liked it for a bit I want to try this out. I'm getting a little bored of the rp and want to do something else. I would like to help out a bit during the earlyish hours in the morning and late at night when there might not be staff and it could take a while for your ticket. I mainly just want to help lower the wait for tickets because I know how it feels to play at some odd time and wait a while for a response. I would also like to take weapon comp tickets i know the feeling of dying to bs and waiting a while for a comp ticket.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I should be considered over others because I am a pretty long time player on here, I am pretty knowledgeable on gameplay/server mechanic related stuff so I can answer a lot of common sense stuff that newer players dont know. I am not a piece of shit am pretty friendly guy so during the ticket everyone will love me. Even if someone is being obnoxious I will treat them fairly. I also don't really freak out at the game that much. I am also not that slow so I can take tickets reasonably fast and I probably wont be rping as much. I am also pretty good at not being bias to my buddies/faction.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was staff for like a year on aethernetowrk 2021-2022 and smokesrp
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:1 day for middle man item transfer and recently banned again for vdm cause i was being retarded with my roadrunner 
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  People that just know me on the forums dont like me to much cause i do a little bit of trolling. People that actually know me in my faction like me and we are all pretty close. People that I meet with in game generally like me and I'm usually cool with them. There are some people that are super serious and angry at me that I'm not super sure why but there are a few people. People on discord probably dont like me either because on my trolling but some do.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:Back when I was new to the server being the doorman in the cartel at the nightclub with my buddy was pretty fun we didnt know anything but we could open carry and that was badass.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:I clip the situation with medal if they make a ticket about it I claim the ticket trim the clip and bring the person over i ask them if they have a clip of the situation so I can get more context if they have a clip I watch it if they don't I still check logs for kills and bring the person that killed him I ask him why he killed him if he doesn't have a good reason I give him a note.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: if its serious I try to record it as often as I can with medal I get a few clips together and make a ticket with UA and I tell them about what's been going on and send the clips.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:If I didn't know my buddy was involved in the ticket I would try to get another staff to takeover so its not seen as bias if am the only staff online/able I will take the ticket if regardless of what I know about my friend if the person has proof of my faction member/friend rdming I give them a note/ban them depending on how recent his notes/bans are for rdm, this could be bias because I know the person but if there's proof I have to punish them.

+1, Knows how to have fun, but is also serious when duty calls. He's played on the server a lot, and he's active on forums. He used to staff on a server I played before a while ago, and he did really well and was generally professional and helpful.
