Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My main reason for applying is so I can take all the tickets and be very helpful. I want to make sure everyone who has the issue gets it solved. One of the main reasons I would like to be staff is so I can refund the weapons another reason is so that all these minges can get stopped. I would also like help people get their tickets solved faster. I am want to close tickets so people can get to the playing.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I am probably about as good as anyone else. I might be better then other people because of my very nice attitude i am very nice guy. I am pretty knowledge able and quick to do typing so I can be helpful. I am very much better then other people applying as well because I am long time player and very knowledge about many things.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):I was staff in like 2019 on smokes, and in 2021-2022 on the aethernetwork i helped a few small servers startup but I forget their name they never fully released.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:Yes 1 day middle man item transfer and a recent vdm ban.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:   I am kind of well known. Everyone in the community that knows me likes me in game they think I am pretty cool guy. People in the community I have talked to in game think I am so helpful and nice. Some people on the forums don't like me because of my hateful comments but I usually don't mean them. People in my faction know I am very cool.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:I miss being the door man in the cartel at the nighclub, being able to open carry and search people I had one job I barely grinded and it was so simple

Problem Solving

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:I record it with medal trim the clip wait for the person to make a ticket if they do i bring them ask them if they have a clip of the situation of they do/dont ill watch it or my cli[ and bring the person over ill ask the person why the killed them if they dont have a good reason ill give them a note
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If they are doing crazy stuff and not just trolling a little I would record it then make a ticket with UA and tell them
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:I would try to get another staff to take the ticket cause I know the dude and dont wanna be taken as bias, if no other staff are online ill handle the sit the best I can if they have a clip with proof ill punish them. It could be a bias but if no one else can take the ticket ill do my best to ignore my friendship with the person. I mainly would avoid the ticket so other people don't think I'm bias.
