I could care less about the effort you put into trying to justify your actions, at the end of the day your actions were wrong, and were harassment PERIOD. I am done commenting on this appeal, as you still have not taken a single once of responsibility, or are in way taking anything I am saying to heart. You are deflecting the blame, and I'm done sitting here trying to bang my head against a wall trying to get you to understand that your actions were wrong, and you should take responsibility. It is clear you don't want to accept responsibility, if your actions were not against server rules, there would be someone supporting your claims, I have not seen a single person supporting you. I have and will always get involved in any and all situations where someone is accosting another member of this community especially with unfounded claims, the kind of claims which spewed from you. Clearly you don't know me, as I am one of the most unbiased staff on this server, and have even gotten after Drunken on several occasions. You clearly know exactly what you meant when you said " You know what you are" because Drunken was still upset at you for what you did. So continue on calling me a liar, JMZ and Drunken can both back me up in these claims. Again, no apology given to the true victim here, Drunken. Playing the victim card is "My ban is unfair, I did nothing wrong", which is what this appeal is, you say you are not deflecting responsibility, yet have not even acknowledged that anything you did had some degree of malfeasance.

Alright here we go. . . First stop playing the victim card, its not becoming. You clearly have not grasped Global rule number 2, nor did you stop when you were asked to stop, I was watching over the interaction and you clearly stated as you were using the Jail NPC " You know what you are", this was after drunken had told you to stop and JMZ had gotten involved. I brought you to a sit, and asked you what you were doing/thinking, your first response was to accuse me of protecting Drunken, as if I was covering up some big conspiracy. Every interaction in which you don't get your way has resulted in the same response, you got suspended from Tactical, you launch into a whole tirade, again playing the victim card. This was more than a "I made a harsh comment", this was intentional verbal harassment that you even tried to dig up more evidence to get Drunken banned. I was given the evidence below in which it appears you were trying to dig up dirt on Drunken, see screenshot provided. Yes, I do know who was involved in this conversation and have reached out to each person individually. So no it was not "a heat of the moment" issue, you clearly have motive to go after Drunken with no evidence to support any claims and once you are told to stop, you didn't. This whole finger point, and no accountability is frankly appalling, and on top of that you decide to insult staff who was trying to diffuse the situation. I will make it clear that we do not tolerate these insults, there is no place in this community for anyone who even thinks that this is acceptable behavior. You have no accountability for your actions, you don't make any form of an apology towards Drunken, which shows your behavior hasn't magically changed since I banned you.

Ill first state that this kill was not coming from any escalation from any current conflictions going on in the server. This kill was not approved prior by UA as Money Blue alluded to above, but with that being said I will break down kill. Evidence was shown that you had been harassing the Kosher Deli multiple times and clearly had pissed some people off. So yes, you were a target, but there is a difference between targeting a faction for a mug, versus targeting an individual for a mugging because of his actions. While escalation rules may dictate the appropriate time a faction can target an enemy faction with mugging, the two factions are currently not at an escalation level, thus making your claim null and void. The muggers were on main characters, and YOU decided to chase them to a secluded location which on the mugging map is a “mug where you stand” location. Upon entering the back room you were confronted with guns to your face with the verbal command to put your hands up which would place you under FearRp. As stated in the rules : “Note that you must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (See FearRP rules), initiating a mugging is a valid reason to hold someone under fear RP”. If you read item 9 under mugging rules, it states: There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging: - Attempting to Zip tie someone [Does not apply if you BAIT people into tying you by saying they may or by stealing their items, therefore forcing them to tie you to retrieve them.] - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint to pull them to a secluded location for a mugging Thus making this a valid initiation of a mugging, as they were attempting for you to go back into the back room. You turn to leave and another verbal command of get back here was given, which was clearly heard in the clip that was provided. If we continue down to item 10 of the mugging rules it sates: When can you kill someone in a mugging for it to be considered a PK? - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging (See Mugging Rule 9.) - They attempt to flee while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) - They attempt to fight back while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) - They attempt to move or avoid being restrained while you tie them under fear rp. - If they disobey direct orders multiple times (while under fear rp) which leads to complications in the mugging. ex: Refuses to stay still and moves one or two steps at a time to try and escape, refuses to stop talking leading to someone overhearing the mugging. - They do not obey a reasonable demand in a reasonable amount of time. ex: Ordering them to follow you (while under fear RP) and refusing to move after several requests and a reasonable amount of time to obey, effectively stalling the mugging to be discovered. If we follow down the chain of events, the mugging was initiated correctly, you were brought under FearRp correctly, you decided to attempt to flee while you were under gunpoint/fearrp, thus making you PK active. With that being said, it seems to be both sides had some fault and appears that both sides did not take any means to try to deescalate the situation as it appears to be a few occurrences and finally staff being involved. You were pk'd because you were afk during the sit and I had noticed in your logs that after you died you gave all of your money away and dropped all of your items, which is common perceived as you knowing the results of the RP that just happened.
