A sit exploit is where you use the games sit mechanics to get past barriers, as you did to get into the Blue Lobster by sitting on the window ledge, which then tp'd you inside when you stood back up. You then went and stole a bunch of stuff from crates, and used the same exploit to get out of the restaurant. You did this a few times, and then left the server.
