Void is a loose term here, we don't just allow anyone to "void" rp at anytime. WHen he said both sides agree to "void" it, it was never a the entire rp is void, reset from beginning etc. as that is solely left to the discretion of staff. I did not reset RP, the PK orders were given, and I let RP play out. As I stated previously if you guys came up with a mutual agreement that the snitching would stop etc. that was an agreement between the two of you, it did not negate the orders that were given.

Hello, I am the one and the only Boomroasted you mention. I never voided anything, RevampedRebel made a ticket stating powergame, I did not make a formal ruling on it, but you and Revamped decided not to stop the snitching etc. The RP was never voided by any member of UA, if you decided with Revamp to stop the snitching and working with the DA's office that is IC decision and was not affected by any UA decision. There’s a reason cars despawn, and it’s not just so people don’t steal them. Cars despawn to help with sever performance. Why yes it can be a nuisance to see your car despawn after x amount of time but in all reality I think the vast majority of players would agree that when the sever is at max pop limiting cars sitting out greatly helps with over all performance. On top of that how would you manage people parking cars in the middle of the road and turning them into props….

Before you took this char out of bonannos and replaced it with a new char that didnt have any felonies or charges, you ordered shipments yes, but when you joined colombos you literally have no shipments ordered....which leads us to believe that this char is no longer your main char or a char you really care about, its not set as your main and you have 70 dollars on the char.

Good Evening, It came to our attention that you had participated in a mugging recently in which you were in a discord VC, within that discord VC, a staff member who I will not name here gave you IC information that the guy you were going to mug had a weapon. When confronting the staff member about this situation, they admitted to being in the same VC and giving you IC information via their staff char. Not only was the pk due to the metagaming during the VC, looking at this char, we noticed you had not ordered shipments or done any RP on the char, leading to the assumption of a mugging char.

The situation you are describing is not related to the ban, the reason for the ban is for the situation where you were on your Bonannno char, then switch over to your cop char just to go look at someone's ID who had been arrested. While I agree that mugging is not against the rules, i would agree that your RP seems to stem from some vigilante standpoint to intervene where OOC rules are being broken. Citizens or white shirts that are minges should be handled by staff. You need a valid IC reason to mug someone, that doesn't stem from you want to "handle minges", many of these individuals could be new to the server and not know the rules or the level of RP we expect, in the future please allow staff to handle minges.
