Your Turkish fella here. I had the chance to get to know many people in this faction including its founder, through the Bambozzini family. They are all friendly people and most importantly, they genuinely care about roleplay. I have personally witnessed how long they've been working and putting effort into this application together. I haven't seen a cartel on the server in a long time, and considering their dedication and the amount of work they've put in, I think they absolutely deserve a chance. Massive +1 from the Turkish Bambozzini, Good Luck On The Application!

+1 seems like a solid guy, and the application looks pretty good. I would say give him a chance Why not?

@Pendred He is probably not going to like this topic and will say something like "I was running servers at that age, so it's not really relevant "

String is a good guy but applying for staff right after coming back from a 15 day ban is pretty wild Still +1 from your Turkish fella. I wish you the best with your application, you just need to stop crashing out over the smallest things fr tho.

It wasn't a false PK. I showed all the clips to staff, and they agreed there was enough reason to PK you. Whether you believe it or want to take your chances with an appeal is up to you, I don't have a problem with that. But at some point you've gotta admit what happened. You caused problems with the Jews, yelled at them, disrespected them, and kept creating issues after being warned. For me, that's more than enough reason to put an order on you. I genuinely tried to give you a second chance. I sat you down, told you not to cause any more problems, and you gave me your word. Instead of keeping your head down, you went right back to the same behavior and paid the price for it. If UA needs the clips again, I'll provide them. As far as I'm concerned, the PK was completely valid.

Hello, MC who wrote the order here. We didn't PK you because of some "you dislike Jews" bullshit. I was the one who brought you in. The only thing I told you while i was hiring you is i wanted you to keep things smooth with our allies, especially the Jews, and not cause problems. (1) About an hour later, you spotted the first Jew you saw outside our place and started talking reckless, throwing insults and disrespect around. (2) After that, I pulled you into the back room with two of my enforcers and told you there wasn't a problem for the moment. I told you that as long as you were working with me, you'd be under my protection, but this was your last chance. I made it clear that I didn't want to hear about you causing any more problems with the Jews. I asked if you gave me your word, and you did. After that, the conversation was over. (3) Not long after that, you approached a made guy from the Jewish side that we know and started getting loud and disrespectful with him too. I was told you used to work with them and that their bosses might not be too happy seeing you around. I told them we'd like to give you a chance if it wasn't gonna be an issue. That chance lasted about five minutes, because you immediately went back to causing problems. (4) Around ten minutes later I spoke with them again. They talked to their bosses and asked us to take care of you. Since you knew things about their faction ICly and they didn't want you around, we honored the request. We got a lot of respect for our Jewish brothers and our alliance with them, so there wasn't much to think about. Long story short, you left their faction and joined our family. Then you went out into the street, started yelling at Jews and throwing insults around. After that, you got in the face of a made guy, talking about "remember me?" and making a scene. We gave you a chance, warned you, and you gave your word. In the end, they asked us to take care of the problem, so we did. I don't know how familiar you are with the server rules, but when you're wearing our faction's colors, acting disrespectful toward the Jews, causing problems, and getting loud with made guys is gonna bring heat on us. Simple as that. Your actions created problems for us and our allies, and the consequences caught up to you. I'm not naming who I spoke with, and I'm not posting clips publicly. The admin who approved the PK already received the information and the clips, and if needed I'll provide them to UA as well. As for that second clip, yeah, I offered you work. I had no clue you were the same guy. The moment I recognized your voice, you can clearly see me stop talking to you. And for the record, I wasn't the one shooting at you, and I have no idea who was.

I completely understand the rule and Im aware of how "its supposed to work" What I'm trying to clarify is that some staff members have been saying the opposite, saying that if someone leaves the faction, they can be PK'd regardless. That is the reason why i created this topic in the first place. Im simply trying to get the situation clarified and have it answered directly by our community manager Canadian so there is no confusion left
-
I'm aware of this rules, but some staff members are claiming that you can PK someone no matter what if they leave the WL. I don't want to name anyone here, but if needed I can provide screenshots showing this. So just to clarify the final point: if they're entry-level associates, not made, and not deeply committed to the organization, and it's just a brand new member who leaves the faction, then you can't issue a PK order for them, correct?
-
Ever since I started playing on the server, one thing has always seemed unclear: whether leaving a family is a valid PK reason or not. The rules clearly state that doormen and newer members cannot simply be PK'd, but every staff member seems to have a different opinion on where the line is drawn. Some admins have approved my orders and activated PKs for people who left the family without permission, while others have told me the order wasn't valid because the person never touched the racket or got involved in illegal activities (such like growing weed, using barge NPC etc..) I'm not here to argue my personal opinion on the matter. I just want a clear answer because the rulings seem inconsistent depending on who handles the ticket. So, Is leaving a family without permission a valid PK reason, or not? @Canadian-bacon Sorry for the ping, but it'd be great if we could get a direct answer from you and finally clear this up once and for all.

Look, I respect that you're trying your chances here. But if you want to start talking about the rules while one seasoned administrator and another staff member above him already reviewed the situation, then sure, let's talk about the rules. FearRP, let's start with Rule #1: 1. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. Lets be a little bit realistic now. You are in a quiet, isolated area with no one around. Suddenly, a car pulls up, stops in front of you, and 3 BLACK NIGGAS jump out and rush toward you. You immediately recognize what's happening and even say, "I'm about to get mugged." If I hadn't landed a headshot on you from behind while you were firing, maybe you would've landed a lucky shot on one of the guys in front of you and taken him down with you. Maybe you would've killed me instead. Maybe the guy standing next to you, who had previously left our faction and joined yours, someone we were already familiar with (F3), could've been armed and started shooting once our backs were turned. Maybe a police officer could've rolled up and dropped all of us, There are literally tons of possibilities. We understood all of those possibilities and accepted the risks before initiating the mugging. But You, on the other hand, completely disregarded your own life instead of escalate the situation. You chose to fight back immediately rather than preserve your character's safety, which is exactly why Rule #1 exists. As for Rule #3: 3.If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issue them orders/warnings not to do something and they disobey you may kill them. However, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them adequate time to react. The problem is that you never gave us, or even yourself, an opportunity for any roleplay or escalate. You didn't attempt to react, negotiate, comply, stall, or engage with the situation in any way. The second you realized what was happening, you chose to act out of pride, ignored the value of your character's life, and immediately escalated the situation into a gunfight. As a result, YOU DIED. You keep bringing up the guy next to you as if he's some crucial witness, but if either he or we wanted him involved, he had every opportunity to make a move. He didn't. We didn't force anything on him because, as I already said, I have no interest in dealing with small fry. If necessary, I'll gladly provide all evidence and information to the UA. At this point, let's leave it to the UA for reviewing the situation and let them make the final decision. Good luck on your appeal tho!
