The reason I got banned in the first place was because I stole 4 bricks of W from a friend (henry castro) as a joke in which I split 2 with another friend (Zingo Zappy), then henry castro asks me to return them so I go back to the building and drop the W I did NOT know that I was set pk active for this stealing, I was planning on suiciding my char so I gave out drugs to people in which some people actually did want them and some people obviously didn't want to take drugs from a random person, 4Lights said he misinterpreted the situation, which I don't blame him because it is confusing, he thought I was intentionally dropping drugs in public places because I "knew" I was going to die from the stealing, but I didn't. The friend I stole the drugs from we have fun beef you could say, we mess with each other a lot and the shit we do to each other is never personal. I never intended to powergame, the only powergame PO I have was for dragging someone into an alley and mugging them. I didn't know dropping drugs in such areas were against the rules as it is not clearly stated in the rules. But I was informed and won't do it again. No staff members called me out for anything during that whole situation what so ever, I feel like your just going off of logs and have no real evidence of what actually happened. I never said I hit the group of people intentionally either, it was all an accident and I got out of the car right after and apologized. Then again no tickets were made on me

First off, there was 20 people in the MIDDLE of the street and I had a car that goes from 0-90 in seconds, its hard when I turn a corner and hit people who are right around the corner. I hopped out right after and apologized to the people I hit, after my car was stolen and the person in my car started hitting people. I thought if people were in the middle of the road it doesn't count as VDM aswell? It's not my fault a crowd of minges we're in the middle of the road. I picked up the body for a couple seconds before that situation with darnell happened.

This all started off bc Jeddy Jacowski made a ticket for powergaming and he thought I was the one who picked him up and dragged him onto the ice, but I wasn't and then they eventually located the guy that did pick him up. And he said "because you rdm'd darnell" First off, darnell was aiming a gun at me and that's why I shot him and that is justified per this rule Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes. Generally we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with Police, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout and lose you can be punished via PK as your character was killed. This does not apply if it is the Police that fired first or escalated to a shootout. After that situation, darnell saw me at the car dealer and shot me in the face because I had killed him in the previous life. My intent was to never RDM bait though, I never wanted to kill anyone. I was just simply defending my friend after the women picked up my shovel and started hitting him. I didn't even kill her, I just hit her twice and that was literally it.

I wasn't even involved with the first initial contact that happened between another de leon member and a transgender woman... the transgender woman started punching the de leon guy and I dropped him a shovel to defend himself and thats when she picked it up and started hitting him. So I pulled out my own shovel and started hitting her. She claims tresspassing/harrassment is RDM baiting but all that is entirely an IC issue with the police, my boss was in the building so I went back in thinking we would be cool since I wasn't even the one involved with the person she was fighting. Then she starts hitting me with her shovel and I clearly say "Chill, Chill, Im not on shit anymore, Calm down... " and the crazy part is I didn't even kill her, I hit her twice with a shovel because she started hitting a de leon friend of mine who didn't even do anything he was just standing there even when she was punching the de leon guy. My breakdown of this... He was pistol whipped, he escalated by killing the perpetrator. The perpetrator's friends defended by shooting at Charmander, in which a shootout began. Charmander killed one of the people working at the meat market who was shooting at him. He then ran around the corner in which a guy peeked the corner (in an active shootout your going to think that the person who comes around the corner will be the same person who had the gun). Charmander then killed the (innocent) person, which he was reported for RDM I'm assuming. Overall +/- Neutral, this definitely was not intentional RDM. However I have no prior knowledge on how this whole situation began

I'm not worried about the power game, I take full responsibility for that and it won't happen again, however the mugging character ban was completely unfair. And, what makes you think all I do is mug, pvp, and minge? Its obvious your bias against me, you still have a bitchy attitude for no reason its pretty obvious especially with the "dumb" reaction. To start things off, I didn't know that dragging someone into an alley to mug them is against the rules, as if in a real life situation if you are unconscious someone can easily drag you into a private area and rob you of your items. I also thought it wasn't against the rules since the guy I dragged into an alley was standing in the middle of the road and got ran over. A mugging is never stated in the rule below, which is why I feel like the staff should be a little more lenient since a mugging is forcing someone against their will anyway and since its not listed in the things as followed "attempting to force players to do something outside of the server, etc..." Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc, Now, the mugging character was completely unfair. First, Jmoorsey or "jmeowsey" or whatever the hell his name is took a ticket for a fellow staff member by the name of "Bullets". I'm not saying he's in the wrong for this but I asked for a higher-up staff member to come and help with the sit, as they are both italian mains and I felt that the sit was going to be bias from the start. But anyways back to the mugging character dispute, I have only mugged TWICE since I have gotten hired, I've sold firearms, oil, had drug processors, a decent amount of cash, meth, literally anything to show that my character was not only for mugging. I am not active on any of my other characters except my police character which I clearly cannot mug on. Now not only did Jmoorsey just ban me, he also PK'd my character before he banned me for absolutely no reason. To my knowledge I have no priors for powergaming so I feel this ban and PK was unjust. I'm pretty sure this is the situation where I got tazed by someone and my game at the time was super laggy and I play on 32 bit g-mod I don't know how to switch to 64 bit but I've been recommended to do so, but my game crashes frequently and as well blue screens and when I got tazed my laptop blue screened. I tried joining back as fast as I could but keep in mind I play on a old laptop so I can't do much about it. I can comp if I made someone lose anything but I genuinely did not mean to leave while I was in a roleplay situation.
