Hello, I was the initial staff that had set you active before promptly setting you unactive at the request of the TM. It seems there was a lack of communication on the side of the faction PK'ing you, regardless of the accidental RDM there were orders set on you. You were previously involved in the faction, knowing what illegal extent of the faction, this allows for a PK. This is among many other things that are valid reasons to PK someone, you stole from fellow members of the faction, kidnapped, and threatened them. Additionally missed out on kickups. You have been an active player so I don't think i need to re-explain how dons orders and what risks come with joining a faction.

Hello, I am the staff member that set you active, the reason why you were set active is due to the fact that you were aiding officers. Some of this was already explained above, I saw the orders fit since generally most factions make it well known that they don't want their associates or members of their factions to be even as much as interacting with the NYPD. As explained above you did assist officers in getting 2 other people arrested, as you explain in your own appeal, you were assisting cops in attempting to get the fellow that hit your car and insulted you, this is seen as assisting officers. Just remember, you're part of the Mafia.

Hello, I am the Pking staff here, before anything please provide the clip of any prior interaction with the officer here. Pks are administered even when the individual being PK'd is not active on the server, typically i would pull the person into a sit before doing the pk but since you weren't on i could not do so. Continuing lets be clear, you were not just "innocently" standing on a dumpster you were blocking the latter on purpose. Regardless the reason why your character was PK'd was due to you initiating a violent confrontation with a police officer, you had shot the officer as he was trying to arrest you for blocking said fire escape when you pulled your gun out and started shooting. You initiating the violence and DYING has resulted in the "realistic" death of your character.

Hello, As another oil-seller I understand that it may get a bit hectic especially when there are a lot of people coming and going, for that there will be some leniency and consideration that this could've been an honest mistake. Unfortunately having said that, we expect you to be able to keep better track of people. Since this was allegedly not done on purpose and seeing that you are a legal character we expect you to know that Legal characters such as an Oil-character (not the only one) you are not permitted to scam; as it is against the rules. Hello, As stated by Geo_Zeus who actually did a pretty good job, the rules state as simple, The only officers who may plain clothes are detective unless given explicit permission. Officers (plain clothes) who do decide to engage with suspects must be properly identified by said suspect. Through Monaclus clip we can see that the suspect did engage with another uniformed officer but had his back turned by the time Monaclu did decide to step in and shoot the suspect. Monaclu himself states that he was participating in an event and between locations, he shouldn't have been involved in the arrest or the shooting since he was not uniformed and lacked the proper equipment to even arrest if he was able to. "Policework" should typically be done within PD if it is paperwork, otherwise pointed out by others should require proper equipped and uniformed officers. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Hello, In the Pk Guidelines its stated - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging. As seen in the Pk'ers clip we can see that while they did chase the suspect in an attempt to get the helmet back from the person who had stole it, they did not initiate proper FearRP. In order to initiate proper FearRP in both a Mugging and retaliation for scam, you must A) have your gun off of safety B) pointed at victim at all times, and C) Make reasonable demands with reasonable time to react. This was not followed in the clip, While they did have their guns out they did not have them off safety and did not make commands such as "stop moving." Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Hello!! This as already pointed out by Sigil, individuals who are being mugged do not have to comply with the orders "f7 put your hands up" or "hands up or die" and put their hands up. Besides that- OP was otherwise complying, he did not attempt to fight back and paired with being in shock and frozen in place; he was not moving or running away. The act of just shooting simply cause they don't put their hands up could otherwise be considered RDM. I'm disappointed, for someone who mugs a lot you sure aren't well versed in the smaller finer details! Matador please take sometime to regulate your temper rather than go on a spree to mug and pk people, this is not acceptable behavior on the server and we are disappointed with your conduct.
