Hello Banning Admin here, I Banned you because of a clip provided here click this on this clip whilst it clearly seemed like your buddy was blocking him and you were punching the vehicle constanlty trying to bait out a reaction. Before he ran you and some others over (he also got pushed a bit by the purple vehicle), then you steal his vehicle and drive off a bit and get out again. You punch him and then try to tell the cop he is chasing you after you punched him. To me this looks very mingey, He got his pistol and tried to shoot the guy with the purple vehicle and got killed, To me this whole situation could have been avoided, if this user is breaking the rules please do not fight fire with fire, I checked damage logs and I couldnt find any log of him starting the situation and since you did not have a clip nor your buddy it's very difficult to side with a story that cannot be backed up yk? I originally banned you for only 5 days for the RDM and the LTAP but your ban got extended due to one previous metagame PO, this is the clip what got your ban extended here obviously you are firstly breaking character by trying to mention someone icly with a discord name which is petty to punish for but it's still breaking rp, this user tries to walk away after you say 'get the fuck out of here' whilst you were literally following him and punching around him, you mention the discord name a few times and then whilst he is typing you punch him for no reason, he radios in that you're being a problem and you read out his name which you obviously do not have.

I was the one who orginally permanently banned which got your ban lifed since you dmmed Yummeko on discord about starting a new faction and it got rightfully overruled by BoomRoasted cause it was more a discussion than a advertisement therefore i apologised towards you aswell, but not even a moment later you messaged an individual whose privacy will remain blurred and you did try to poach them to a different community cause you asked them to join your faction, because this user is still affiliated with diverge it led to your permanent ban.

I do not think it's time yet for you due to some incidents happening like notes in the psst which you clearly ignored if staff tried to correct your behaviour. (For example you threw a whole tantrum just because you kept playing as "Rizano" lastname whenever we changed it) You'd be saying ight and straight up give the middle finger to us. Hello, I was the one who set you active for the reason "Becoming a burden and leaving after taking our oath" I couldn't confirm in logs that you ever left the faction however you were still on their whitelist when I wanted to set you active. When joining a criminal faction all users understand and partake in the risk of being PK'ed as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. See below. Hello, I was the one who extended your ban to permanent, you have an excessive amount of past offenses. You had 11 bans within 5 months, they were all related to either NITRP, LTARP, Mugging Character and RDM / VDM. Hello, It's good to hear that you're taking your responsibility from the actions that lead to this ban, but to me it shows you have not learned a single bit from your other previous Past Offenses. The situation is baity to me, you ask someone you don't know icly for an unrealistic and absurd amount of cash ($17,000). They tell you to go away and you attack them because they're asking you to go away because they do not want to give you the cash, you would've probably done the same. Anyways, you run away after attacking and spam your crouch button and apologise for to the ticket maker and he goes inside to heal himself and you just start a new confrontation by giving him the final blow with a shovel for something that you fled for yourself. I understand you're trying to have some fun but do not do this by ruining other players roleplay. Currently you're giving me the impression you have simply not learned a damn thing from your past notes and bans. Just because the outcome "didnt get affected" doesnt give you the right to do it at the first place. You're in a roleplaying scenario, you can clearly see the cop chasing you because he wants to arrest you. There is something that happend before the clip that made the cop believe you're a suspect of something thats against the law.
