The fact is that you knew it could possibly be wrong and you still did it without even bothering to check the rules is shocking. I don't actually think that you're sorry and I'm sorry if I'm wrong, however your behaviour feels like you're doing this because you got caught. Here the rules say: Two weeks is normal for a first offense depending on clear intentions etc. If you do not want to play on all these "dogwater" Roleplay servers then don't break the rules so you wont get banned. The remaining time of your ban you can reflect on your actions and we hope you will improve. Honesty is a virtue. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. Hello, I'm the Administrator who issued your ban. I disagree this should not be reduced at all, I've banned you for 10 days because it seemed very reasonable (even with a PO)to me for the item you transferred. Whilst I was checking some logs I saw you with this middleman. You clearly had the intent to transfer it over since you gave the pistol to your middle man and switched to your other char just so you could grab it. This happend in less than a minute. I believe even with you reflecting on yourself that you've made a mistake you still need to face the consequences of your actions.

Like TayP said, just because someone bumped into your car or hitting your car is not a reason to kill someone. Even if you think this person broke NLR. You should've either called Staff for NLR or handled if further icly by warning him to leave you alone (at least twice) before killing him. Try not to fight rulebreakers by breaking the rules yourself, I think that with your playtime and note history you should know better by now. This ban has expired

Yes it's a pain in the arse to get to the barge but it's risky and takes a while to get there but that's sadly the risk of being a criminal. If you want illegal items like a processor or files it should take a bit to get. Gives the effect of you have to work hard to get there in the underworld.

Banning Admin here, You were banned for 5 days because of your recent POs. Yes you did not appear out of nowhere you walked around the car and shot. I understand the situation looks very chaotic. We've decided it was an escalation (due to the boiling point) which turned into a valid fight with Melee weapons. You could've killed the people you shot at if they shot at the people with their melee weapons

We're strict so that our playerbase have fun and actually feel safe around people who break the rules intentionally, or frequently. We only issue bans if either you broke a few rules like RDM LTAP or are known for having recent punishments. We don't work like DarkRP where they'll give you 500 verbal warning for mass rdm before a ban. This is serious roleplay, also blaming it on the system that has been working for a longer time than you've even been on the server is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. We need to change our system because YOU were to lazy to read the Server Rules where it clearly states when you're allowed to "hospitalize" (kill) with valid reason There is also a keyword, you're saying Staff doesnt want to listen whilst you were literally spamming them in Discord, no shit that they're ignoring you.

Hello Banning Administrator here, I banned you for 12 hours because this person who you punchminged delilah (someone) in your faction who is/was probably unaware of your actions that you were playing on an alternative character to joke around. I punished you for 12 hour ban since they wanted you to be punished and i did so because you had a clean record(also because i didnt know who you was ngl, looked like a whiteshirt minge) But yes from the David Burger perspective I've seen that you're playing on the server fairly and that you do your best to take this roleplay as serious as you can. As for the Perma, There is a system that detects on an attempt on ban evasion that a ban will turn in to permanent. However, I do believe you deserve a second chance since you never tried to cause any harm to users in the community. I even believe if Delilah was aware of you doing it it wouldn't even be a note on your rapsheet. So if you get the second chance by your ban(s) being removed, I expect you not to make the same mistake twice by trying to evade your ban

I was the Administrator who was involved who led to your ban, Lucky for me I found you under an itemtransfer with the Pungun (your middleman) for a suited suit and a tie he gave you 20k on one character and not even 20 seconds later you gave him the suit on his other. I spotted you had a prior offenense for Item Transfer and reached out to Byte who was the one banned you.

Hey I've go nothing to do with this PK However you're literally breaking a property rule in the clip which could possiby lead up to a note and even a blacklist of flags. Rule below:
