PKing admin here. You were told why you were PKed and the entire situation because your link wasn't working. You were pked because you failed an attempt at a mugging, you put someone under fearrp and gave them the command of "hold still jew", that person retaliated and managed to kill you. This is called a classic failed mug. Now if you say you wearn't trying to mug him, you 1. Held a gun to his head. 2. Gave him a direct command and expected him to comply. 3. Had restraints in your inventory and a pistol only. (nothing else basically). If you want leniency on this, you should've read the rules. Including the PK guidelines.

I agree, but I feel like because of our constant dedicated few members we'd be able to stay alive without getting removed for inactivity, and because we have that constant flow of legitimate clowns I feel like we can play with our numbers a little more. We'd be able to get the "Chaos Clowns" out of the faction. There will still be faction rules just like any others faction. The clowns gathered the night before, and couldn’t figure out what to wear to mask their identities if anything went wrong during the deal, so they did what they do best, dressed up as clowns. They headed off to the deal in as few cars as possible so they wouldn’t expect anything to be off. Once they got to the deal, there were some questions thrown around, McGuff’s friend’s name was thrown around along the lines of “When he said there were some new hired, didn’t know they’d be literal clowns! EH!” The clowns took this as disrespect and thought it was the best opportunity to take their name to the streets. Sally was so chaotic and easily outraged, that when she pulled out her Colt M45, pointed it to her own head while screaming, and then out of nowhere, shot 2 of the dealers. That's when they returned fire, Sally was then killed right then and there on the spot by a man in White and Black. The rest of the clowns later that night, went home victorious but mourning their friend, Sally. They had so much product they didn’t know what to do with it, so they started asking around for connections. It was so dead for so long that they all went back to their original plan, acting as clowns for entertainment. During one of their birthday party gigs, they heard people talking about how they heard a shooting at a warehouse, and apparently, some clowns were involved, the problem with crime, is that word spreads fast. For the clowns, this wasn’t a problem but instead was an opportunity, after the gig, the clowns asked the old men who were talking about them how they heard. After hours of conversation, the old men eventually gave up that they were also in a crime family. Later that week, the clowns set up the deal with the old men, they met up with their sons of the family and traded all of the product, that's when they were introduced into the underground of Southside, and after that, it was all up and up. The clowns organized more, continued gigs, and recruited more members, it was an amazing front for laundering money. I’ve got some followers who have been helping me do this roleplay as clowns all around the map, not just causing chaos but entertaining and contributing to the fun of the server.

When joining a faction you received a prompt on your screen saying something along the lines of "Joining an illegal faction is extremely dangerous and can get your character killed at any time ... etc". They didn't specify to me in the sit what exactly the disrespect was. You broke faction rules, not server rules. I am not in the Colombo's therefore I do not know their rules. The PK is a consequence from roleplay actions where the don (boss) of the crime family, that you decided to join and vowed you life to, decided you could no longer be kept alive.

Flag taking admin here, The officer in the clip reported you for abusing your PET flags, you admitted multiple times in the sit that you intentionally did it.
