In the end, your PET flags were removed for the type of prop you placed at first, distance, location, etc... Yes you were not given any warnings about it (talking about the flags), but we as admins shouldn't have to. Especially if you have already received a recent note about it. Your attitude was generally not helping to resolve the situation either. Once you understand that props are meant to be used to enhance roleplay and not avoid or overrule, then sure I absolutely agree you should have your PET flags back.

PET Flag taking admin here (this is basically just an explanation from my side so the appeal is fair and decided properly). I first received a report about some flags blocking the alleyway. So I tracked down who it was, it was you. You were AFK and I tried talking to you and no response, I didn't PM and I agree that was my fault. . I then get another report about the same type of props in the area, but instead they were short poles.... When I figured it was you again, I tped you, and you almost instantly removed the props when I asked "whats up with the props in the alleyway again?". (Almost like you knew it was wrong) During the sit, you had brought up you put up those props because people were 'revving their cars'. This to me, I saw it as you were avoiding the confrontation roleplay by placing props down (PET flag abuse)... You then continued on to say 'other people are doing it', but yet, you didn't create a single report because you said, and I quote, word for word, "because im not a sissy crybaby". More points during the sit, you had said you have never had a note before, yet you had 3, one specifically for Prop abuse on June 13th. Less than 2 weeks ago, when I questioned you on why you simply respawned it, you had said you were placing dupes and just conveniently placed them again, yes I admit it was my fault for not pming you to not do it, but you continued on to say that it was 100% allowed because a Moderator (morty & byte (if im correct)) had said, less than 15 seconds before me pulling you that you were allowed to build there, but not prop block it to cars. I never once pulled rank on you or the moderators, but I had stated that just because one staff member said it 15 seconds before I brought you to the sit, does not mean my entire word is invalid. Ontop of that, what they said (yes I was there), was not even remotely close to "You are allowed to prop block this alley way". Genuinely, you talked yourself into getting your PET flags removed. I gave you time to calm down and have a civil conversation but you continued to yell over me and call me names, I was trying to give you a chance but you continued to lie and disrespect me. I forgot to mention, about the lying, you said you had done /me's for the "roleplay" of the parking poles. You said in real life, multiple people have put parking poles but they would be removed. But for this reply specifically, I already stated why this is and isn't allowed.

There is no real evidence of metagame. Looking into it, even if it was an accidental kill, the servers system requires it to be a member of your own faction (and it was) it would still be a valid PK purely because you were still set active from the dons orders. When investigating this, I also assumed it was a little odd considering the dates and times. I was told "8 months ago" you were transferred out and given full permission by the Don at the time. So I got to digging, my earlier replies were wrong, I re-checked logs and I think everyone included on this forum was a little confused by two different situations. As everyone knows, Weiss turned into Takashi. On the 22nd of April, 2024, you loaded a character that was in Pruz faction. 11:17PM On the 22nd of April, 2024, you were transfered, by Spaceium. at 11:46PM On the 24th of April, 2024, the orders were set. Logs for faction transfers go back 4 months, orders were set within 1 day, 2 hours, and 41 minutes of you leaving the faction. Which leads this to be a valid PK. Even after with DMing Spaceium, he said you were given orders by a Don, yet, the only proof he was able to provide, was by a Capo. Which means you did not have permission to leave. Spaceium also noted that he does not remember transferring you, yet the logs show otherwise and that right there, is the reason you were pked. Sorry once again for all of the confusion, I assumed all of this was one giant situation and one single log search that I did improperly made me believe it truly was a false pk. But after getting some different eyes on the situation, it is 100% valid.

Third person peaking and looking through walls is considered exploiting. Now if you clip you doing it, its a thousand times more obvious for staff to catch people.

Then why even bring up the "beyond the 2 week limit for Don's orders!"?

PKing admin here. You were told why you were PKed and the entire situation because your link wasn't working. You were pked because you failed an attempt at a mugging, you put someone under fearrp and gave them the command of "hold still jew", that person retaliated and managed to kill you. This is called a classic failed mug. Now if you say you wearn't trying to mug him, you 1. Held a gun to his head. 2. Gave him a direct command and expected him to comply. 3. Had restraints in your inventory and a pistol only. (nothing else basically). If you want leniency on this, you should've read the rules. Including the PK guidelines.

I agree, but I feel like because of our constant dedicated few members we'd be able to stay alive without getting removed for inactivity, and because we have that constant flow of legitimate clowns I feel like we can play with our numbers a little more. We'd be able to get the "Chaos Clowns" out of the faction. There will still be faction rules just like any others faction. I already stated in the application that this isn't just going to be a minge faction and that is no where near my intention, if they're breaking the IC rules they'll just end up getting pked and thats that. Now for throwaway characters, lets be honest who really cares if they get pked? Yes it might increase their mingery but then they'll just end up getting punished by staff. Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): In the 1980s, Southside was just a small town and community. There were thriving universities and colleges. But at the time, it was all about crime. Among the citizens of Southside, there were a few oddballs who started a performance group to get away from the standard college education. They’d put on shows at the campus to the other students, the main coordinator was a fella called McGuff. Even in college, they would be surrounded by crime, it paid well so it was worth it, especially going through college everything was so expensive for these clowns just trying to live. After hearing from a friend about how much exactly crime had paid out, McGuff proposed the idea to the group of clowns after a long night of doing gigs. They were sick of birthday parties, and making a fool of themselves on stage, on purpose. McGuff heard from his friend there was a job going down in the next 2 days, it would be a massive drug deal and they needed lots of hands on deck to move the product. The clowns gathered the night before, and couldn’t figure out what to wear to mask their identities if anything went wrong during the deal, so they did what they do best, dressed up as clowns. They headed off to the deal in as few cars as possible so they wouldn’t expect anything to be off. Once they got to the deal, there were some questions thrown around, McGuff’s friend’s name was thrown around along the lines of “When he said there were some new hired, didn’t know they’d be literal clowns! EH!” The clowns took this as disrespect and thought it was the best opportunity to take their name to the streets. Sally was so chaotic and easily outraged, that when she pulled out her Colt M45, pointed it to her own head while screaming, and then out of nowhere, shot 2 of the dealers. That's when they returned fire, Sally was then killed right then and there on the spot by a man in White and Black. The rest of the clowns later that night, went home victorious but mourning their friend, Sally. They had so much product they didn’t know what to do with it, so they started asking around for connections. It was so dead for so long that they all went back to their original plan, acting as clowns for entertainment. During one of their birthday party gigs, they heard people talking about how they heard a shooting at a warehouse, and apparently, some clowns were involved, the problem with crime, is that word spreads fast. For the clowns, this wasn’t a problem but instead was an opportunity, after the gig, the clowns asked the old men who were talking about them how they heard. After hours of conversation, the old men eventually gave up that they were also in a crime family. Later that week, the clowns set up the deal with the old men, they met up with their sons of the family and traded all of the product, that's when they were introduced into the underground of Southside, and after that, it was all up and up. The clowns organized more, continued gigs, and recruited more members, it was an amazing front for laundering money. I’ve got some followers who have been helping me do this roleplay as clowns all around the map, not just causing chaos but entertaining and contributing to the fun of the server.

When joining a faction you received a prompt on your screen saying something along the lines of "Joining an illegal faction is extremely dangerous and can get your character killed at any time ... etc". They didn't specify to me in the sit what exactly the disrespect was. You broke faction rules, not server rules. I am not in the Colombo's therefore I do not know their rules. The PK is a consequence from roleplay actions where the don (boss) of the crime family, that you decided to join and vowed you life to, decided you could no longer be kept alive.

These disrespect situations are almost never just one time, but instead multiple times or larger scale situations.
