Is it an autistic suggestion? Yes. Is most of diverge autistic? Definitely. There's no way this is a hard addition and there's no way it impacts server resources.

I feel like this is one of those awesome in theory ideas that ends up making a laggy server even more laggy. If there's some way to implement this without it straining an already strained server that's based.

Tl;Dr i asked if you wanted a lawyer and you said yes but you needed to leave. I asked for your discord ID and you refused to give it. I had all the evidence i needed to proceed to court all I needed was your discord. You had plenty of time to hurl insults but none for a lawyer or to give a discord ID. Weird.

I can maybe understand Deacon being on a rooftop with a sniper that shit might actually be a little gay that should get nerfed. But that's the thing if youre gonna do crime, you gotta shoot and scoot. We can't arrest a whole crowd nor can we kill the whole crowd. Personally I mostly stayed at the PD to do forensics since there were so many arrests. I think out of the whole thing, an arrest I personally did that led to a PK was about 2. There were others where I explained the relevant charges but really outside of that not a whole lot of people were being pked that I saw.

There already exist rules for fail corruption and general corruption as well as powergame. Cops can't just randomly stop and arrest you. Realistically avoiding cops is easy. Simply don't give them a reason to step in. Maybe there is something to be said if they're parked outside your business 24/7 harassing you legitimately especially if there's no discernible reason for it like an active investigation or an arrest warrant or something. Generally speaking yeah the cops are meant to make criminal life harder. That's effectively the point. To put it perfectly blunt, if you aren't open carrying (which would invite mild harassment) or causing a public scene (which literally invites police) or even shooting out in the open (warranting a lethal response) you'll literally be left alone or maybe just talked to in passing. If you aren't bank sharing, have reasonable operational security, and don't actively invite the police to need to deal with you you will be unlikely to deal with police. The quiet guy carrying a Mac11 while he grinds shipments is literally being left alone. The laws are really lax lately where you can even carry your gun in your hands and you can't be fucked with outside an ID check.

This guy seems to have chilled out significantly over time. Yeah he crashed out and it isn't excused. He did otherwise contribute to a lot of RP. He's had a long history with the server which yeah there's been mistakes along the way but we've unbanned many people for worse in shorter time.

I don't think the question here has an all or nothing answer. It's not insanely easy as most operations get voided even if they meet the requirements. There would need to be some overhauls to how IDs work for one. I do agree with your point on how once they're back to PD there's almost no way to get to them due to PD raid rules though the wartime activity levels might be a bit much.

There's no way this would work with the current system with how charid's work (ID's in general even) and the fact that this would effectively open the door to wiping out an already dwindling bureau consistently hampered by ua AND the da's office which suffers similarly. It's impossible to make an adequate witsec attempt with the current system. It'd be the final nail in the coffin for legalrp.

I like the idea of having to craft it then pass a mildly challenging mini game. Further it would be awesome if SSN and charID got detached so as to avoid metagame issues surrounding witsec, uc's, or people changing factions. Or if this isn't possible it'd be neat to see maybe ID randomization/redistribution of old ID's when one is deleted. Just some thoughts.

Mugging so much that you become known for it is kinda wild. So many people can't seem to function if it's not constant gunplay. Smh it would be a shame if roleplay happened on the roleplay server.

Wtf did you say to get banned like that? If the rest of the context you gave between the lead up and you record are true, I honestly couldn't fathom you not being given another chance but those bans usually aren't random...

It wouldn't be hard to just make their ID say a different country. The RP would be totally optional and could be neat to see. It has to be possible too due to the felony status addition it shouldn't be far fetched that the whole ID can be reskinned.

I think factions need to have their casinos on their properties. Having your casino in the NPC casino is cringe. I feel it should also be illegal for the casinos to be open without an operator. We did it with gun ranges why should casinos be different?
