  1. Irl gangs and some mobs do initiation killings. Sometimes outsiders but much of the time it's washout insiders. Sometimes you don't need to fuck up terribly to wash out sometimes it's just the vibe you give or a lack of bravery or courage or just not producing enough results. You choose the criminal life, sometimes there's consequences to it. I do feel like there should be an articulable reason but realistically if you're not tryna be pked for some unsavory reason go be a cop and call it a day really.
  2. When is the last time you've felt the touch of a woman or heard the words "I'm proud of you" directed at you and not someone else around you? Ya boy married, got kids on the way, boutta graduate college, getting ready to head into the military, etc you're the neckbeard angry about shit that happened in a video game to the point you show off your inbred incel rage every time I make a forum post about literally anything. You can be mad I guess if that makes you feel something at all that isn't self loathing for about 10 minutes but it won't change anything for you in the long run. <- that's you btw
  3. It would literally not be external trading if it's all done in game?
  4. Just to be clear, the coin CAN'T be CREATED (ie bought from the webstore) with in game money. It could only be created by buying more with real money or community management making more.
  5. I had an idea that would make a bunch of things more convenient, make custom content accessible, and just makes sense overall. So instead of the current system, you first would need to essentially convert a dollar to some kinda point. Call it diverge coins or whatever. This can only be created from a direct web store purchase and it let's UA maybe hand some out occasionally as a reward or whatever at their discretion. This coin would be avaliable to you as a player on any character in game. The beauty of it is that you can trade that currency with other players at will. You want more IC$$? You could trade the coins with other players at their discretion. There would be NO webstore conversion so that this way the in game market entirely decides what the coin is worth. What's the point? It allows players who don't have IRL$$ to trade their IC$ for diverge donation money. Players would be buying those coins so they can get more in game money, and players who want custom items or donator or whatever can work hard in game for the money and someone else gives the server money to obtain in game money with out of game money. Further, players who have in game whitelists like cars and clothes and such could add players to their whitelists entirely in game for the current IRL$ equivalents ($10 per player, $20 per faction) thus reducing some work for pendred. Companies like Kwik Kash would see their sales become way faster and easier instead of having to wait on pendred to do these updates and let's pendred focus on adding new content, which is the thing that CAN'T be automated. I've personally split the bill with people on custom cars and stuff it's a pain in the current setup for everyone involved from the players to the owners. It would be so much cleaner to just buy and trade the coins in game. People buy donator for others all the time but the process is a little clunky. No more in this system. People buy whitelists all the time and that's a pain too for a lot of people. Just a thought. I can see how it would be better for players and more profitable for the owners.
  6. I like the idea but feel like there needs to be a time limit put on it. Further, there should be escalations put in place before just going "talk and you die" where most real mobs would try to just bribe them away since collaboration is often more effective than fear especially when used in conjunction. Just a thought.
  7. They would need to be exceptionally expensive, take time to plant, and need the possibility of defusal but I don't see why not
  8. If detective rp has you this mad you might unironically be autistic lmao
  9. What's with the inbred hostility? Ik your family tree looks more like a bush but that has nothing to do with me.
  10. Mfs acting like you can't have more than one of any gang type or ethnicity.
  11. Ngl this could be cool. Instead of mfs being frequent flyers for 20 years at a time 1000 times, it would make people have to think about the risks of crime and make even little crimes add up over time.
  12. From a cop perspective, there are MANY instances where I end up in high speed chases with the same motherfucker over and over he'll go to jail he'll come back and we do it again and again and again. Yeah I don't have a problem with getting into chases. That's a part of the game. I do have a problem with the fact it is just unrealistic that the only consequence is a slap on the wrist. "License and registration" doesnt really mean much in the current system and its just overly complicated and kinda gay in the end. Warrants should appear on it too for government officials that would also be a dope change to police interaction. Warrant checks should be an entirely in game thing.
  13. It'd be a cool little layer of roleplay to have the ability to have your driver's license suspended or revoked due to criminal actions involving your vehicle, and for that to be displayed on your driver's license just like the felony tracking. Further, tickets being paid to police and having all this weird out of game tracking is just fucking weird. I'm not saying make a darkrp tool, but like we could make a ticket pad that gives out the ticket and fine using drop menus, give the player an actual item to go take to the desk sgt, and pay directly. If the player fails to pay the ticket, their license gets suspended. Traffic offense rp is basically fucking retarded most of the time since you go to write the ticket out of game and by the time youre done they just leave or run you over or some other gay nonsense to the point its not fun. The cops often abuse it since there is very little auditing of the system, etc. Its just not realistic or fun as it currently is laid out. For tickets that are gonna be contested, when writing the ticket the officer simply puts down a brief summary on the ticket, when + where + etc and then if you want to contest that you can make a ticket on the discord. Lotta rp can be brought from this change. Oh and active warrants should appear on your license to officers and government officials (not random players for the purpose of the surprise of it)/
  14. But you dont understand! Things being overcomplicated and annoying is FUN! I LOVE IT WHEN ITS LESS CONVENIENT! +1
  15. Rumor on the street is you like wieners
  16. I remember playing with this guy way back in 2022. Dude was the one who recruited and trained me for the first time. Very high quality roleplayer despite the definite misstep but we have let way worse back way sooner. Bro waited 3 years, I dont see why not give him a chance.
  17. Perhaps one way to do this then would be to restrict usage of the new lockpick to people's main character, and add a caveat to the main character system that you can't be a captain or higher in a group without selecting that character as your main. It would reduce opportunities for people - especially those in high ranks - from using alt/minge characters that way and enforces proper use of the main character system.
  18. Town house can be a decent start point if done right.
  19. Gecko is a real one and a veteran of the server, with prior experience as a don. He's heavily invested in the server and knows the ins and outs far better than I. +1
  20. This is a weird ban to me. It's not like she went to someone with no clue about what the server was and was glazing it. She just asked if bro wanted to join a faction on a server he was already informed about. Maybe I'm retarded but I'm not sure if that's honestly promotion at that point and falls under the discussion side of things. Yeah Delilah is a crash out that had been seriously goofy in the past but strictly speaking on the terms of the actual ban itself this just seems like a reach and an excuse to ban someone that you may have found annoying or didn't like.
