I literally was swerved in the left lane when the clip starts, I go back to the right and then back to the left. It’s literally in the clip right infront of you. I appologise for sucking at driving when the server is lagging so bad jpapi has to clear all the cars on the server MULTIPLE TIMES. but it’s literally in the clip im on the left side of the road in the beggining of the clip I go back to the right to try to stay there then I accidentally go into the left again. I couldn’t care about not playing the server for two days but I don’t want this on my record especially when it was a clear accident. And it’s not an excuse it’s a fact, I did not purposely drive into him and try to kill him.

I was already turning left by the time we both rendered eachother. I was speeding like hell yes, but I was trying to the car somewhat stable while the server was lagging like shit. I think everyone in the community can agree it’s near impossible to drive on your lane in the road while the server is lagging like hell during a major conflict/event. The second I rendered him in and saw him I turned to the right trying to avoid him. I get it could be interpreted in a certain way, but we all swerve in and out of lanes all the time because driving sucks in gmod. In the clip it also shows his radio going off like crazy, clearly he’s partaking in the event, just running around in the street with no fucks given. And two 6 hour bans two years, yeah that totally matters.

I dont see the reason why I should be banned for two days when the dude is literarily in the middle of the street for whatever reason while the server is lagging like shit. I stopped (im 90% sure) after I hit him and waited for him to say something like I lost something or whatever, meet me at hospital and I could give him some cash or something like that but he didnt say anything at all. +1, this would make the server a lot more realistic, would add a possible job for a civilian a gas pumper like they have in NJ and would make police chases much more realistic. Obviously make it so you don't need to refuel every couple of minutes but every 15-20 minutes of constant driving would be good.
