Blang you just recently came back after a several month long hiatus and were allowed to keep your rank and you even got quickly promoted soon after to capo for the viets because they liked you, the fact that you wanted to leave takahashi and join another faction or whatever wasnt known to any members of HC until this appeal so no their was no metagame involved with your death. You were killed for being suspected of being involved with a targeted mug on a HC member, Gambling Crew taxes/faction money, being a liability to the stability of the faction and refusing to follow HC orders plain and simple. The main thing im going to touch on is the gambling you were a Crew leader which meant that you collected dues from your crew members and were supposed to kickup a certain amount and were allowed to keep whatever funds went over the agreed amount. Theirs a reason for that its so we can pay for the properties that we own and the rooms we rent so yall can have a room to do laundry. So when a mid command member who is supposed to be collecting fees has a gambling problem and cant control themselves so they wind up gambling crew/faction money it becomes a huge liability. A don was literally couped and killed for the exact reason of gambling the factions money you as a mid command member are held to a higher standard than low command and associates you should be able to control yourself and not gamble faction money but you weren't and that's ultimately a big reason why it was decided to pk you. its not because we "metagamed" that you wanted to leave its because you couldn't control your gambling addiction and gambled faction money. Everything done on our end was done legitimately and clean to ensure the pk guidelines were followed in no way shape or form was your pk "metagamed".
