Are you kidding me nigga this is the dumbest ban of all fucking time. let me explain, i was at casino about to get off where i see tobins and his rag tag militla of a "faction" at the atm so i go up and start talking to them where out of no where their don, not even a real don begins to punch minge me and attack me for no reason, and i was going to retaliate and shoot but he had too many people near him so i didnt, so the next best thing was writing a staff ticket, because he was minging like a sped. so i made the ticket and yumeko came and i said. can you help me this retard tobins is minging and she said nothing and did nothing, yumeko is the worst staff member ive ever seen, she came to my ticket and didnt even do anything she was just in no clip not even telling the bratva to stop minging, for my sake ill say i wasnt being the best rper but i had done nothing to get attacked for, then i go away then come back, and i see they have some people on, i know ic this is the bratva because right before this i had done a drug deal and the guy was there. so i go and start trolling tobins and his shitty ass faction and how they have members on finally, and how much of a Suprise it was while using tab menu. Ill say that was my fault yk bringing ooc shit ic but wtv, then they start replying back naming off my colombo char ic, using my nickname string and bringing ooc info ingame, both parties were at fault and nothing should of happened for me to get banned. then i decide to go make breakfast since im hungry and havent ate anything, so i go make food and come back to see me as banned for 8 hrs and im obviously pissed so i decide to write yumeko and ask what i did and she starts giving me vague responses and not even trying to deny that she was bias towards them since i troll yumeko in colombo vc for being a man. All im saying is if i get banned then ban tobins and his other mingy ass shitty faction members for doing the exact same shit, not fair. And also apparently i had gotten a staff note by someone earlier this day for the same thing of occ metagame something, but i was never brought to a sit, no admin ever came to me to tell me that what i was doing was wrong and thats why i had gotten banned, but i need to know why and who gave me this note without explaining shit, because unless staff for diverge fully changed, as a previous staff member, you would pm or take the person to a sit to either tell them to stop what they are doing or give them a note but telling them so, that they change.
