Hi, I originally set you PK active after our conversation in your ticket about you getting mugged. I observed you whilst you killed the guy who mugged you and for the 30 minutes after the killing which is when the timer would've ended, however it looks like your pk active status never went away which caused you to be PKed in that clip above. I'm happy for this to be reversed as it obviously shouldn't have happened.

Hi, I am the one who oversaw your PK. There were Dons Orders issued after you left the Japs to become an Intern within the government. The guy who was carrying out the PK saw you in PD and then you swapped characters to which he messaged you to come back onto your character, he didn't do anything that would be considered metagaming. There was nothing gained from him spotting you in PD and messaging you on Discord. He found out your location, and you swapped back onto the character and then ultimately ended up dying. If you choose to leave a faction without permission then you run the risk of being PKed.

I am the one who issued the PK. A guy was in the motel room you were doing a deal in waiting for you too get there. He pulled out a gun and pointed it at you and told you "don't move or you're gone" as you ran out of the doorway onto the balcony part of the motel. You then pulled out a gun and retaliated but you missed every shot and were killed, which resulted in your PK. So with the new update everyone in factions is organized into tabs that grow and shrink depending on how many F3s you have. Just had a spur of the moment and thought it would be cool if staff chars could collapse/expand the faction tabs by clicking on the faction name.

Hi. I am the admin who oversaw your PK. You had Dons Orders set on you for breaking faction rules in the Bonnanos amongst other things. When you join a criminal faction you get a pop up that says "My don can pk me for any reason at any time" and two buttons that say "I accept the risks" and "no set me back to citizen". By joining the faction and accepting the risks, you are then held liable to follow faction rules etc.

If your discord got banned from the main diverge discord then I would maybe edit your appeal to appeal your discord ban, or try and make contact with Pendred and talk to him.

If it says "Make a ticket on discord.gg/diverge" or whatever it says, it doesn't mean you're banned. It means you need to make a ticket on our discord to be manually whitelisted.

Use the template I've linked otherwise your appeal will just be denied. Also, as the person who took your PET flags, you propblocked someone in a bunch of props and then proceeded to mug them. This is not the first time you've had your PET flags taken. You've been given multiple notes regarding prop abuse from multiple members of staff and the fact that this is your second time having your PET flags taken, it really shows that you never learned your lesson the first time. Maybe try again in a few months as you've just recently come back from a permanent ban.

You were in Hylics Discord talking shit about Diverge and talking about your PK on Susan. You are one of the many little rats who thought Hylics would take off, and now you're trying to crawl your way back. You lied to a member of staff to get a faction whitelist to a faction you hadn't been hired into and used that to mug Susan, you also metagamed the fuck out of the mugging. You're chatting so much shit on your appeal it's kinda funny. You knew it was Susan and you were gloating about it until Pendred reversed it and banned you. Susan had the Elizabeth from BioShock Infinite model, everyone on the server knew it. Don't try and weasel your way out of it by making up absolute lies because your autism prevents you from remembering the circumstances that got you banned in the first place.

I've told you this multiple times, you don't get told you're being set PK active. That would defeat the purpose of being set PK active.

What are you smoking? The guy made a ticket, sent me a clip of you picking up an item, I set you PK active, logged it and went AFK and told the guy to DM me when you're dead. I gave them no information at all, just accept that you died and move on, it's not that hard. You can write a staff report if you believe I'm bias and that I metagamed.
