As you may or may not know, starting a violent confrontation with PD and dying will lead to being PKd. In the clip you are attempted to be detained after which you fired upon the probie and ultimately died to the probie. There are no questions of rule breaks in this scenario, you chose to pull a gun on an officer and fire at him and ultimately paid the price. Its not FailRP because the probie kicked you out of the vehicle and attempted to taze you which you responded with violence.

I think there are aspects of this application that could be improved. This for example, is a very straight forward question. What Im reading is, if the ticket is up, Ill take it. Well of course thats what we want you to do but how do you handle the situation? The PK stuff doesn't add anything its just a non-sequitur. This question is more or less, asking you find a staff member abusing the tools their staff character has to be given an edge ICly. Yes both of these examples are abuse and would be valid to bring up. I would offer to think more critically about how you respond and how you handle it as opposed to just outright saying its bad. Other than that I would just say this isnt a bad staff application or that you arent capable, I just see very little critical thinking to some of the questions asked. Critical thinking will become a big part of how you handle sits and deal with staff intervention.

I dont really know you based off game, but from what Im reading from your app, seems like you do care about lending a hand to help the community. +1 from me.

They left their home country to escape instability and war. Why they hell would a humble family trying to leave that oppressing lifestyle move to America and decide to get involved in organized crime? It doesnt make sense. Im not dick riding, just giving constructive criticism. If I was dick riding Id be showering this application with gold.

Im gonna take a leap of faith and assume you younger than 15, because you couldve patiently waited 20 hours to play, but instead you chose to load up an alt. You should really read the rules and play within the rules if you wanted to play so badly, but now you cant so.... cheers?

This backstory doesn't really put much thought into what the faction really is. Kinda just feels like you put it together just to get it done. A humble group of people regardless of ethnicity don't just move to America become bullied and decide fuck it let's smuggle drugs. There is a progressive history that leads to becoming an organized crime family. Some are bullied by local mobs and and try their hardest to survive the exploitation and extortion, others will work with them and eventually break off and do their own organized crime. Your backstory basically says "we moved, had a hard time, decided you know what let's smuggle drugs." There's no real rhyme or reason to why just that they figured hey were having a tough time living let's do it. Humble people don't make that jump like that.

Pking Admin here, Thank you for fixing your format. As Toast mentioned above you failed to follow the rules that bound you to a faction. On top of leaving the faction without permission and then proceeding to buy weed at a rank which you were not allowed to do so brought upon your death. When you join any crime faction you are prompted that you are joining a criminal faction and in doing so could put your life at risk.

I do like the idea of a bean bag gun, though I feel like it could be abused. Maybe 1 shot then reload just making a slightly more lethal tazer, or like 4 rounds and only specific cops get to use it in specific situations. Ex. protests, mass gatherings, court protection.

Its an advert board, Im saying either combine my idea with it or make a separate one. It does not in fact do this, its only used to advertise.

Im not sure how this would float, however I wanna put this out there as maybe someone or some people can help really curate the idea. Essentially, I think it would be pretty cool to have a separate board like the advertising board (or maybe it can be the same board). Where PD and Journalists can add stories to the board based on actual events that have taken place in the server. Examples: Someone big gets arrested, a news article is written out and a little notification pops up saying theres new news. Someone dies to PD or gets killed in a mugging after PD investigation, PD can disclose whatever information they know to the press and an article is written. The reason I feel like this may add some robust immersion is because it will allow people to assume infamous roles. Just to be clear though these articles wouldnt disclose any information that could potentially lead to metagaming. This is idea is more thought out for more immersion in the city. Even the examples shown above dont have to be the only articles written, they could be about nearly anything. Again this idea isnt well thought out, but I do believe its an element that if utilized correctly could lead to some interesting cohesion through the city.

After reading Pendred's reply idk if this is a joke or not. Ill give my honest opinion anyway; this is the most braindead thing ever. All items you have are stored into your inventory, which btw cops can see. The only way I see this making sense, is for there to be a "hidden slot" lawyers can access and bring in knives, rope, or whatever to make suicides in jail a bit more interactive. However thats likely not gonna happen. Honestly your playing a mafia server getting arrested shouldnt be the end of the world even if its a felony. Ive seen people delete characters over misdemeanors which is appalling. I dont see why this would need to be incorporated to any extent. -1

As Adam mentioned, it was a thing a one point. You'd get a very small portion of the money that the NPC has made over a span of time.

Hello banning admin here, thanks for taking my advice and trying to work things out here with me. To start, multiple reports came in for MRDM, I wasnt exactly sure what to think, but upon reviewing this clip here. I was questionable what exactly was going on. When I pulled you, you explained you were there for the target, got him and died. Clips provided of you indeed dying; you guessing who the target is, and killing all people sitting. I would like to note, because of this, they gained a point randomly guessing, and then proceeding to kill someone immediately off rip because he spawned near him. If the first point is invalid so should the 2nd. I believe this to be an MRDM.

Toast has mentioned some pretty valid points, I haven't met a single person that has had anything good to say about you. Some people have given you chances and help you better yourself. Time and time again you show no attempts to change and to actually heed the advice given to you. I've told you on multiple accounts people do not like you overly confrontational attitude that then leads to explosive arguments because you either don't agree or are being called out. It all starts with you saying "yeah I hear you I'll try my best to work on that", then later down the line whether that be hours days weeks later I hear about another piece of drama you've buried yourself into. I don't believe that this community is a good fit for you. And I also don't think that your attitude is or has changed. You are to quick to act on your emotions, per example would be when I banned you for power gaming, you attempted to have a suspect you arrested jump into the hole in the sewers just because he was mingey instead of making a staff report, after being told that you cannot do that you then walked him to the catwalk and told him to jump in the water like that was any different. You clearly have no control over you emotions and are fast to act on your anger. -1 I do not believe you coming back would do any justice to the server

Hey, admin that handled the ticket to have char PKd. Not quite sure what exactly you were doing inside of the ghetto room, but ultimately the cops were attempting to gain access to your domicile. When you opened up they wanted to detain you, they had guns drawn on you and before they could switch to taze you you pulled out your bat and started swinging at the cop in front of you. You were simply PKd because you failed to take your life in a realistic manner and broke FearRP when confronted by 2 cops. As I told you in the sit, PD trying to breach your home, afaik you said it was illegal, whether that was the case or not you could have taken that to court and RPd that out. Instead you risked your life and paid the price.

I didnt see this till just now, there have been changes to what classifies low level associates that can just leave. If they're not well in depth with the criminal life style theyre basically free to leave with a few technicalities. the rule says; "If they have left the gang/family without approval from the leader, while holding the position of made man+ (or appropriate equivalent), they may be subject to a PK. Entry level associates who are not made or deeply committed to the organization may leave without harm as their position is low and they know very little. (Security, waiters, doormen, drivers, etc) <You will be asked to provide evidence of rank> This does not apply if they have partaken in felony criminal actions, drug manufacturing/murder/robbery/etc that are directly related to your faction. (However these actions must be verified). Generally under most don's orders."
