+1 During the time I’ve known Andy, I’ve been able to see a clear difference in how he handles himself compared to when we first met. Early on, there were moments where frustration or emotions could affect the way he responded to certain situations, especially during stressful interactions. But over the last few months, I’ve noticed a significant change in his attitude and overall approach. He’s become much more composed and thoughtful when dealing with issues on the server. Rather than taking things personally or reacting too quickly, he now tends to stay calm, look at situations more objectively, and respond in a way that feels far more mature and professional. That kind of personal growth is not something you see from everyone. At the end of the day, nobody in a community is flawless. People make mistakes, particularly when they genuinely care about the environment they’re part of. What matters most is the willingness to improve and learn from past experiences, and from what I’ve seen firsthand, Akira has done exactly that. He has continued to stay involved, support the community, and show consistent dedication toward roleplay and the server itself. Based on the improvement he has shown and the effort he continues to put in, I honestly think he deserves another opportunity and would be a strong addition to the team if given the chance. Never lose your hope. When someone insults your race, no normal human being just stays silent, no matter who they’re facing. Trying to silence Andy just because the people you’re up against are supposedly “tougher” than your own family is nothing but weakness. Putting aside all that nonsense about “they’re our allies,” you gave Andy every shitty job there was whenever things got messy or when you were too scared to die, and despite that, he still did everything he could to prove himself. Yeah, Andy might be a bit hot-headed, but his real mistake was dedicating himself to a family that didn’t deserve the effort he put in. That’s all I have to say. And I’m Marco, Andy’s older brother. -1 I’ve known this guy for about a year now and I’ve been around him in multiple factions like French Corsican and Bruno Scarfo and from everything I’ve seen I can easily say he’s one of the biggest meta players around you don’t even have to take my word for it just check his previous bans and the pattern is obvious honestly people like this shouldn’t even be thinking about making a staff application guys like him shouldn’t even be on the server in the first place I know exactly how many times he was sucking his family’s underboss balls just to stay in a good position he even got PK’d once and his brother had to pay the money for him I’m not trying to turn this into some big drama post but to keep it simple this guy and the people around him are generally incompetent and bring nothing of value to the server
