I based my decision off of his previous offenses and bans. In my perspective with the information I had it looked like he does not follow proper escalation and had been banned for it not too long ago. I matched the time he had on his previous ban for the same issue.

Hello, Banning staff here! I chose to ban you because based off the clip I was given you did not follow proper escalation. When someone verbally insults you, you can react with punching or melee but you cannot just shoot and kill. With that you also had previous note on October 6th for that exact problem (RDM not following proper escalation) and a 14 day ban on August 22nd For RDM. From the information I had it seems that you have been given the time to learn and know the rules on proper escalation and what is and is not RDM and unfortunately you continue to not follow them. Please read the killing guideline rules.

Given the fact that you had a deal have a criminal complaint that YOU stated was YOUR deal we thought it was oddly suspicious you where also there when a lot of people got arrested 3. Your first few weeks there was 2 incidents where you would ask what happened to someone right after they where PKed. We questioned it at the time but decided it wasn't a threat an perhaps it was genuine confusion but with these things at the time being brought up this concern resurfaced. 4th and final- There is a clear gap between your understanding of the ooc information and the IC information available to the family at the time, You claim that your involvement in the deal with SOS should be irrelevant while looking at all the facts individually, the truth is you are an person who asked odd questions, who's first real deal got put off because of a criminal complaint resulting in an arrest, and who's first real involvement with a group of enforcers resulted in detainment and arrest of almost all present, ALL these factors combined led us to make our final decision. For you to be PKed, you don't need to be a UC there simply needs to be reasonable suspicion which there clearly is after these events happened not long after the other. TLDR u sus u die i so sorry

Hey so like this information is just ooc and doesn’t matter regarding the pk. IC his name was involved in shit, he told us IC it was his deal , IC he asked retarded questions, IC he was at construction, IC homie got whacked based off potentially being a rat which is allowed per PK guidelines. When you join a criminal faction you accept the risks that come with it

No part of his pk was about him leaking information to your group idk why yall are so strung up on this narrative. Tony told priest that the deal was his, Tony was also at the construction yard when a bunch of people got arrested that same day and there had just been random questions that he had asked that at the time we took a blind eye to but when concerns got raised later on it all felt like too many red flags so we did what we felt best. it just be like that some times

Hello, I’m the person who wrote the orders here. I’m sorry you feel your PK was unjust, and I’m here to provide some insight from our side about the decision. We felt there was reasonable suspicion that you were collaborating with the police. The same day you mentioned you had a large drug deal lined up, the person you were supposed to meet was arrested just before the deal. Then, with the construction yard incident, it all started to feel a bit too coincidental. On top of that, there had been some odd questions you asked after other members of the faction were PKed. Altogether, it seemed very suspicious to us and raised serious concerns — which is why we ultimately decided to order your death.

I'm not sure how you don't see your ban as justified so I will break it down- - You stole 8 barrels of oil from another player which is about $25,200 in profit. right after stealing the oil you switched chars. You are not giving the affected player the chance to react accordingly. That is char abuse and failure to RP. - You where pulled into a sit and the affected player decided he wanted to continue the RP and have his chance to PK your char for stealing from him. Yummeko stepped in for the PK and we watched over the interaction. During that time you took damage. Called 911 and then switched chars once again after already being told this is a bannable offense. - You switched Chars a few times and even on the other hovered around the interaction after calling the cops on the original char. - This all leads to my ban of Not Intending to roleplay given the multiple char switching, Char abuse since switching is how you avoided getting PKed, and Leaving to avoid role play when you knowingly where put back for an interaction that you purposefully avoided by switching chars.

What do you do?: I would ask the fellow staff member what's going on see if maybe I'm just unaware of something and If it doesn't seem to add up I would bring it up with someone in the next chain of command. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him.
