Flesh Jr.) While I understand you may have made a character to just have fun, and thought it wasn't bothering anyone, numerous officers in the PD made tickets against you guys, for minging, and micspamming, and I even personally witnessed your group standing at the PD doors and chanting "brains". Hi banning mod here! The reason you were banned was RDM, as you had 2 priors and I decided a 2 day ban would suffice. The main problem with this entire situation was ; Firstly, you guys were following him. I understand telling someone to leave, but you all actively followed him, preventing him from leaving anywhere. You not only parked a car inside the entrance to the car dealer, at 2:05 in the clip provided, but your friends proceeded to stand in his way and bodyblock, not allowing him to exit. Not only did I get a second opinion from AceAdmiral at your request, I got a third and final opinion from gozmouz. Your other biggest issue was with how you handle escalation. You seem to think you can immediately kill someone just for calling you some bad words and or offending you. Please do refer to the escalation guidelines in the future, as you're not allowed to kill them just for offending you. If you warn someone 3 times you have to make an attempt to pistol whip them, punch, etc. If you just automatically shoot its RDM ( I’ve gotten in trouble myself for that). Due to this and you having quite a few priors, I decided on a week. Next time please pistol whip him first, or even make a ticket to staff and let us handle it (the better choice) you can also turn sound effects down in your audio options.

Originally I had thought the gentleman was breaking NLR, but Byte informed me after I asked that it's only breaking NLR if he engages back into the same RP scenario, talks to you about it, or stuff along those lines. He's allowed to return to the same area.
