Hi there, admin who set you PK active here. I was not told that the conversations took place were OOC. I was asked to put on the orders for not following commands, disrespecting made members of your faction and continuing to do so when told to stop. The fact that the conversations took place OOC may change the verdict of my original greenlighting of your PK being honest it wasn't made apparent to me that this was an OOC talk that took place.

From my time with Alfe he's been a great lad who has been around enough to know the rules, and often when I first started helped learn the rules, showing a valuable skill of being able to support new players in an understanding way, with alot of recent tickets being from new players this would be valuable for the staff team. Spending alot of time with alfe as well, he tries his best to upload quality RP often with funny quips that I find myself quoting. +1

Hello Gio1, admin who PKed you here. Couple of things to go over for the future, if you have a clip please provide this in the future to enable further context and more clarity in future appeals. When getting the full scope of the situation in the logs, I have to highlight this, even prior to getting hit with the baton you talk about shooting them down: When you are hit by a baton it is while you are pointing a gun at three officers, your shooting at the officer who tries to baton you is what then caused the other officers to shoot at you. (which can be seen in the following clip of your PK. https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/mc0VOoDjKZfQuFIi3?invite=cr-MSwzcDQsMTg3NDA2MzY0&v=9 ) In my opinion it was a just escalation from the side of the police which resulted in your PK as you did not put your life first in the situation and were looking to evade a potential arrest by taking the officers out.

Hi there, Admin who set you active here. Your PK was requested from your faction due to drawing heat to your business, going against direct orders, and getting into a high speed chase infront of the faction business, which as say yourself landed you in jail.

Mike being so real I usually look at your posts and sigh, but I think this could actually be cool, head out to like a cash and carry pick up your supplies, take them back to the restaurant/garage/store etc.

+1 Genuine guy, from my experience whenever I've needed help with majority of things has done so in a way that has never been demeaning and has given good advice. From my time on the server has been consistently rping and I think would be able to help out with upkeeping an example of how to behave on the server. Goodluck man.
