Hello! Pking admin here! You were PKed on the grounds of VCWP (Violent Confrontation With Police), where you were shooting at cops, they then went to the roof and after you continued shooting at them, where you were then killed. At the time I was playing another game while in call with AUI_Animator, where he said there was a PK ticket he could not claim since he was involved in some way (I didnt ask for specifics). I then got on and made an OOC message for people to remake tickets that were open so I could take the PK ticket. After I got all the information I needed from the cop who had killed you, being Corporal Ricky Long, I got a message from Animator saying that you were involved in an RDM case since he believed you were shooting at cops for no reason. I told him that I would be over there in a moment to PK your char since he was dealing with the RDM. The events after resulted in my teleporting you to another sit room and PKing your char. When I stated I was the one that killed your character I was speaking in the fact that I had just administered the PK, not that I had killed you myself. I am smart enough to not take my own tickets... In regards to you saying I targeted your char its easier for you to make a staff report, but ill give you the long story short. I PKed your char, swapped to my cop char since I wanted to patrol for a bit, looked at the tab menu where I saw your cop char had the same name as the char I had just pked. told you we had to change your name since your chars cannot have the same last name, let alone the exact same name as another char. then changed your name. TL;DR - There was a coroner ticket made (cop pk), I got on, took the ticket, pked your char, switched to my cop char, saw you were running around with the exact same name when i looked at tab menu, saw Corporal Ricky Long was looking for you, saw you, told you to change your name, and went on with my evening. -1 Throughout the time I have known you, you've consistently demonstrated an insane level of immaturity. You would always get upset when you didn't get your way, you would try to abuse the fact that you were made to try to get information that you weren't supposed to have, which would then circle back to what I first said, as well as cause conflicts with a bunch of people in game. I could continue that list forever, but then it would stretch a little too long. You have a bad habit of pushing your luck, and that's where I believe, if you were to get staff at this moment, you would take advantage of that fact, and it would make the staff team look bad. You also just finished serving a mugging char ban, where you also, around 6 months ago, got off a metagame ban. Yes, there is a lot of time between the two of these bans, but it's recent enough to be brought into the conversation. I believe if you truly think you deserve a staff, I would personally recommend going 6 months without causing issues in-game with any faction or person. At this time, truthfully, I do not believe you are capable of handling the information and power of being staff. With all that being said, in the end, my word is taken with a grain of salt. Hello! PKing admin here! You were PKed on the ground that you started a Violent Confrontation with Police (VCWP) where you were shot by the officers after you had pulled a gun out and aimed it at them while being talked to about a firearm. You argued that even though you shot the cops afterwards we do still follow IRL rules, though the server has aspects of a game. If you are shot and killed by cops and you kill the cop IRL you still die, its just different for cops since they have a form of immunity. And to answer this section, cops are not held back in pointing their firearms if they believe they are in a dangerous situation. The cops were talking to a possible felon, while being surrounded by roughly 4 other people during them talking to you. Though he did shoot quickly its clear to see that it was just good trigger discipline, where he only shot you once he had seen the firearm in your hand and while it was being raised towards to officer talking to you.
