Never thought i'd agree with you. People treat this like a pvp server not a RP server then use hacks when its time to PVP but somehow never get caught cheating. Hand Spasms go crazy -

No, the bill was argued and excuses were made to try not to pay. The rp was "thats a lot of money" and "the noodles made me ill". Yall came in with 7 people and cry about paying 2k? and thats your rp? Thats how you're gonna make relations with people? You're wasting and disrespecting peoples times and employees. If thats how yall wanna be before you are even a faction and ruin relations. Most people dont walk into a restaurant with 7 people and pay less than 30k, It's the low quality rp to get out of paying 2k. Its starting bad relations over nothing money. Great idea in concept, but this isn't actually Southside New York where everyone lives and hangs out. This is a video game accessible by people across the world with different schedules and levels of activity. -
The suggestion is simple in concept but may be a bit of back end coding as I am not sure if there is an existing add on, but I saw a similar system on an existing gmod server (although I believe it was developed by that server network). From my limited knowledge it is already base settings that players can manipulate others props, and this can be stopped by specific servers. My suggestion (if possible) is to design a system that allows a player to do the above by a C menu option or something with two party consent so people can't be trolled. This should terminate on disconnect, manually via Q menu, or char swap. Each player should be able to manipulate each others props with all tools available while partner up. The reason I suggest this is many times, especially for more extensive dupes, it would be nice to build with 2 people but the limitations of that currently creates a larger headache than it would be worth. The constant need to keep track of which prop is who's and asking for them to manipulate their props makes current multiparty building not fun. If I am able to find a workshop add on that allows this system I will edit it in but my current research failed to do so. Not sure if it's possible by just adjusting server settings or if coding would be required as I am unaware of that technical side. Just wanted to throw this suggestion up as a possibility.

Members given the Capo role are trusted members of the organization (and if they're not you're a shit faction leader and a retard) they should be trusted by the Don to know who can and can't recruit and it shouldn't be strictly up to the Don to give this role out. Activity, timezones, and other issues can cause having only one person in a faction being able to give out the role a headache. If your HC can't be trusted to determine who can and can't be a recruiter without direct Don intervention then PK them and move on. This is such a retarded limitation.

Yeah I agree as long as it's not a role only given to the Faction leader. Allow this to be managed by the Capo role(like the in game perm role) just like giving out the recruiting role should be.

yeah I wasnt aware of that, server was at max pop and there were like 20 vehicles out(probably an exageration) -
It is no secret the more cars we have on the server the worse the server performs making it a very unenjoyable experience for all. People complain to staff about SOS. Staff complains about people complaining. Per Staff's suggestion to complain I am suggesting we create a system that only allows a specific number of cars on the based on active player count, slowly decreasing to 0 the closer the server gets to maximum population. Thanks.

Currently if you have a first aid kit or other type of medical supply in your inventory and you press the c menu to someone to apply it to them it applies it to yourself and not the person you're looking at. This makes no sense and it should apply the medical kit forward. Please fix.
